Lance EThe location is convenient, but there was nobody at the Diplomatic Property office. The vehicle itself was fine! The real problem is the crappy UHaul app and website. The app did not work correctly to do the pickup at 7am and I had to call the support number so I could do it on the website. This wasted almost 30 minutes. But the website also stinks for real-time activity. When i tried using it to return the van it failed after I took all the goddam photos.. Then I called the Diplomatic Property number and the woman was very nice about checking it in. UHaul needs to fix their 24/7 process and app!

Derrick LPick up was not professional. The suite number is incorrect. There is no U-Haul signage on the door. There was a person in the hall that confirmed the office was U-Haul. There was a phone number provided on the door that I called for assistance. The person that answered gave me a different number to call. My pick up was scheduled for 6:30 pm. They have the keys to their vehicles in a lockbox at the door to the building. I had to call around to get the code bc the app did not work. Finally, we were charged a $25 cleaning fee and we only moved dry boxes. The truck bed was wet when we received it. It appeared to have been rinsed off, which wasn't an issue for us bc we had our own moving blankets. This was the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had.

Vincent PCommunication was good, but not working from office was a little concerning. The rental and service was absolutely fine (great, actually!) so no worries about coming here again for rental. We are a small local company and do need to move large crates from time to time.

Frank Athis address was perfect, the staff were very friendly and professional and clean the experience was very good. However, before this I had initially gone to In and Out printing which was nearby and their hours were stated that they were open but no one was onsite, I tried to use the app to get the truck but it did not work because the app and website werent working well. I tried to call Uhaul and after 1 hour of talking on the phone they recommended I go another spot. In and out printing should be disciplined for this because I wasted an hour because of their mistakes. Diplomatic property management was very good though.

Cyril TConvenient and great for the last minute. Signs needed to be posted so that you will know where they are actually located. Associate needs to make sure clients know to replace the gas that is used or a $5.00 a gallon charge will be applied. Overall it was ok.
