Can't think of anything ,I had rented an appliance truck to move a freezer and we ended up not needing it s the workman had to cancel...Will be renting again next week. The guy working was excetionally nice. We'll definitelyh do businese with them again.

armin wActually include the equipment the customer paid for. I requested a dolly when I made the reservation and one WAS NOT provided. Additionally, I don’t understand why I’m being charged $35 for “fuel” when the gas needle barely moved since I hardly drove the truck. I’m fine paying the mileage and rental fees, but I refuse to pay for equipment I didn’t use and the rough equivalent of a full tank of gas; I will be contacting customer service to refund these portions of my bill, and failing that, contacting my bank to dispute the entire charge.

Jeffrey BThe ride in the uhaul was terrible. It was so bumpy and every inch you drove the entire truck complety shook so bad made us want to vomit. The customer service was awesome as always. Just the truck was terribly bumpy you got sea sick.

BARBARA BThe truck didn't handle very had to keep it 35-40 otherwise it shook, the alignment was off the oil light was on and the passenger side mirror moves around when you are driving, making it difficult to see behinds you.
JOHNNY HTrailer interior was dirty, and the driver side fender was badly damaged; but the trailer operated adequately. The back door was difficult to roll open and close; it felt like it could use some lubrication.
Richard MI waited in 100 degree heat for 45 minutes till someone opened the store. Opening the store 45 minutes late caused my crew to sit idle for that time.
JOHN YI tried to email you after hours and the email bounced back you should have 24 hr email contact otherwise you couldnt ask for a better company he had equipment when others didnt and was very helpful
