Cheryl QMy husband was charged upon arrival for the uhaul & then charged again today. We were only supposed to been charged 40.10 for gas, but was charged for the whole thing again. She has to have mgmt to call us back. She wasn't mean or nasty with us, but my husband is pissed because now his acct is overdraft. People work so hard for their money. Do better.

Jim FI arrived after the business had closed - around 5:15pm on Thursday. I followed online drop off instructions as best I could, and took pictures to upload, and to protect my own interests. Drop off was fast. I received acknowledgement via email the next day.

Clarissa HPick up was great in Tennessee. However, after driving for hours and unpacking, we wanted to drop off early so we can actually sleep tomorrow. I went through the app and completed the return.. but then where do I put the keys?! There is no drop box. I circled the building MANY times and found a combo box. After waiting over 40 minutes on hold, I didn’t get to speak with anyone. So I ended up leaving the key in the combo box of the little shack behind the building. The place is dark and not inviting at all. Also, THERES SUPPOSED TO BE A BRIGHT ORANGE BOX FOR THE KEYS AND ITS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.

ERNEST DThis location is a truck engine shop. Dirty, smells of diesel fuel and the personal just told me to park the rental in the lot. Did not even look at it. The dealer did not even have a U-Haul sign or a suitable office. They might be a source to repair the vehicles but they should not be dealing directly with the customer.

JERRY JWe felt misled by the staff about the drop off process. We were told that they would be closed by the time of our drop off and to simply leave it in a specific spot. They told us that they wouldn’t be there when we dropped it off but that they would check it in first thing in the morning. We asked if that was all, and they said that was all. They did not mention the online drop off form and therefore we were charged for an additional day(twice as much as original). The trailer itself was fine, not great, but that could have been to recent weather (did not match the picture at check in). The wheels of trailer seemed to bounce more than previously rented trailers (they handled all of the connecting to our hitch).
FLETCHER GNo crap, no bullshit, no pushing extra cost add-ons. What i wanted was a simple straight forward truck rental and that's precisely what i got.
JOHN BWhen I set up the rental, I was quoted 3 days charges to pick up Thursday July 29 at 10 am & return anytime Sunday Aug 1..had to be back before they opened Monday am. We picked it up 7/29 at 8:26a and returned before 10a 8/1. We were charged 4 days. When I called I was told it needed to be back by 8:26a on 8/1 to avoid another days charge. They definitely don't stand behind what they tell you. . .
DONALD YWas told I could drop the uhaul back off at the location I picked It up from due to only having it a few hours and leaving my vehicle at this location. Was charged an additional fee for not driving the uhaul to another location after being assured I would not. Will not use this service again
Krystal SI am very disappointed. I rented the truck over a week prior to pick up, went to the original destination and they did not have the truck I ordered. They did find one for me, at Diesel Truck repair, they did a great job, but it was frustrating having to drive around to get the truck I ordered.
JEFFREY GThey were patient and helpful. Could use some pickup trucks or small haul box trucks. The only thing the business could do is mark the entrance and office clearly. But they were Awesome on Customer Service!

HUGH PI rented moving equipment here, and the transaction went smoothly enough. However, this U-Haul location is a heavy-duty truck repair facility that also rents U-Haul trucks, trailers and equipment as a side gig. Their "business office" is dark, dirty and messy and the operators are working mechanics. This has to be the dirtiest, most unprofessional U-Haul location I've ever visited across the U.S.A. P.S. No one was wearing a mask.
DONALD CNew to renting and then the associate (young kid) wanted to get in my car and back it up to park it although it was the smallest towing box Uhaul offers.
KIM MThe location was great but Uhaul customer service sucked! They wanted two different verification numbers and took way too long to process everything. For a process that should’ve been quick and easy, it was not!
Karima JMy quote vs what I was billed was unjust. Very unprofessional and misleading! I went 9.5 miles over my estimated mileage. However, I was supposed to get moving blankets ($10) and there was none. Over-mileage and no blankets should have netted out even. Was quoted $64 and uHaul tried to charge me $97.
