The customer service was great! There were just a few delays and need to get a new key box. I will rent from location again if need a rental truck.

Truck was somewhat dirty in cab and in storage space. Cab had trash (Starbucks straw, piece of candy wrapper, potato chip) and was unswept with dirty cup holders. Storage space was unswept and had empty water bottle that dealer removed as he warned me not to leave truck dirty upon return, which was ironic. Even if last renter returned it dirty, the truck should have been cleaned before I picked it up. I made sure to clean front of truck and mirrors, sweep out storage space and used my own car wipes to clean and wipe down cab interior.
