This U-Haul place was excellent! The girl was very helpful and friendly and very professional! We will definitely recommend our friends and family members to come here if they ever need a U-Haul! And thank you so much!
lori hTried to drop of Sunday and there was no where to park. Had to go back Tuesday which was very inconvenient. Parked along the street.

Jestine P15' truck had over 50 thousand miles and looked like brand new...Easy process in and out
Dennis PThey did not check mileage or do any walk around of the truck to see current damages or check lights/brakes prior to me taking the truck. How can they verify the mileage for what I actually drove? They asked me, prior to renting, how many miles I thought I would drive and charged me for that. It was nothing like my previous experience with another Uhaul rental company. I will not rent here in the future.
Erica TThe place of pick up was good. But experience was not. I paid for my U-Haul with my card and was told systems was down so I had to pay cash an my money would go back on my card and I still haven't seen it ! So I basically paid for my U-Haul twice !!! And now don't even have all the money to move into my new place due to this .

Doyle MWhen I turned in the vehicle in the salesperson didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered with my turn in. They didn't check the vehicle for fuel reading or condition. Also there were two random people loitering around the lot amongst other uhaul trucks watching people come and go but said they weren't employees.

John CMy only complaint was the tire needed air. Lucky I stopped to get air. Overall my experience was great. They were definitely helpful and understanding.
Laverne SOutstanding service. We ran into a dnah and needed the truck and dolly an extra day. A simple phone call quickly rectified that. Couldn't recommend Diaz Auto Sales higher for your U-Haul rental location

Noah GWe had our rental from 9-1 and due to the lock being broken we could not get our rental until almost 10:00. The owner had to come adjust the lock to open it, this was extremely frustrating as we needed to have the uhaul at 9am.

Richard PI received the truck with no gas and had to get it before I could start my day. I was compensated for the gas I put in so everything turned out well. I just think it should have been fueled prior to pickup.
Gary GZabrina is an asset to U-Haul and hooked up the trailer and was very understanding when I needed the trailer for a couple of more days and gave me no worries at all. Will definitely be back to rent a trailer from Diaz U-Haul.

Greg W24/7 rental self-service website did not work and could not pick up truck. no one answered phone despite having after-hours number posted.
LUKE AShut them down, they are rip offs and scamm artists who call and threaten there customers and take money off there card days after returning the equipment then when questioned they get loud and threaten to come to your house... we had a agreement and they broke it then charge my card for over 190.00 for a overnight tow dolly rental. They was closed for memorial day and Tuesday for some reason I was told to return the dolly on Wednesday I would not be charged. Lies all lies they are pos bad people and do not deserve to be in business and represent uhaul
Marshall Pmake sure the location is open when the reservation is scheduled, my reservation was at 9 am and they didn't open until 9:30 am
Theodore LThe u-haul rented was suppose to be a 20'. When we got there, it was only 15'. Because of that, we had to take another personal truck that was having break problems. So a 7 hr trip ended up taking 10 hrs. When we got to the storage unit, all the boxes on the "over the cab" shelf was all wet on the bottom.
kevin hI was suppose to receive a credit on my account last week. However, that has yet to be done. Your accounting department needs to improve their response time to things like this.

SANDRA MThe process was supposed to take 20 mins total to get my U-Haul but since the first location didn’t set it up right we wasted an hour of our original start time before we could even get started it was a huge inconvenience and we couldn’t get it all done because the help we had didn’t have enough time because the original time was messed up
Joseph CThe left turn signal did not work the moment I got it to my home. I am unsure as to whether it was in that condition upon pickup, as the person who connected the trailer wires was the one who checked the signals. If they were working, then it was simply not well maintained as they quickly went out. If they were not working from the beginning, I was lied to. Either way, the left turn signal did not work and I drove 1,100 miles without it.

rosemary aEliminate the process of making customers use their smartphone you exclude many seniors through this process. Many of those seniors have money, really bad process
Cathy WHave the company check trucks when dropped off. Not just think gas is full and cleaned.
Ronald Othis was a used car lot with equipment on street. It was in a residential area and I just wasn't impressed with the location or staff.
