Our U haul Rental was ordered online and was given a credit card for payment. We received a call a day earlier that we would have to move the pick-up location. At that time I asked the caller if the rental was paid for and he said yes, and gave me the last 4 of the credit card. When we picked up the truck they said it wasn't paid for and they would need the physical card to place the order. My brother in law was picking it up and had to use his card to make the rental. Very unhelpful. The left hand doesn't work with the right hand.James H.

We have rented from Uhaul on multiple occasions. This particular location was way below the standards that your company works very hard to strive for. From our initial attempt in trying to find the location whose signage is not properly displayed and difficult to see from the street to the almost 30 minutes wait time before I was actually greated by the only attendant on the premises. The walk through of inspecting the vehicle only further demonstrated the lack of pride this particular location takes. The interior and exterior of the truck was incredibly dirty. The truck had not been cleaned. When I pointed out to the attendant the filthiness of the truck he stated â€œwe have no roads out here and we have no way of cleaning the trucksâ€. We took the truck as we had no other alternative. His lack of professionalism and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing.theodore R.

This pick up site was miles out of Hemet city limits. The parking lot is dirt and so the windshield was dirty. I would have used the washer but didn't have time to go through the manual to look for it. There were also napkins and cash register receipts on the floor and in the dashboard tray. There are other Uhaul sites inside the Hemet city that would have been more convenient. I pass a large on on Hwy 74 on the way to Hemet every time I drive there.joanne J.
The person that I spoke to when I made the reservation does a very good job. Jamun called me back and asked me if I could change my plans a little bit because of the holiday weekend he handled it very well very professional. When I went to return my trailer I didn't realize because I'm new to the area it is about a 36-minute drive out to where the location moves to turn the trailer in and another 36 miles round return trip Burns a lot of gas because U-Haul there's nowhere to tell me to go with these things give him the ZIP code apparently that doesn't mean anything. Very disappointed you'll notice I've made a few rentals here in the last few months you just push me over the edge now I'll think I'll buy a trailer thank you very much lot less hassleGary M.

It's location is way, way out of the way and when you pay by the mile it is a problem. It took three people 15 minutes to process the billing and then it was done pretty much manually. They rejected a card that had secured the reservation just an hour earlier at the Mission location where I eventually dropped off the truck. Location was the biggest issue.dana H.

Fix the credit card processing. I sent 35 minutes waiting for my credit card to go through even after using the online early check in. When I returned the truck it took a other 45 minutes for the cc approval. That is nearly an hour and a half of my time. I received the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas and near ran out of gas just getting to the gas station.Charles M.

Pickup location was changed by U-Haul on the night prior. Pickup site was nine miles from the requested location necessitating an 18 mille round trip to pick up the truck. Service at the pickup location was slow. It required more than 30 minutes to complete the transaction.John D.
I had a problem with the vehicle at this location and asked to be put in touch with the area supervisor. I got a call and returned his message and then another return call a week later after I left a second message. The follow up and concern for the customer is obvious ally lacking and considering the truck I rented had a cut fuel line I am surprised there was not more concern. Maybe if the vehicle had blown up and killed my self or a family member due to this issue I would have been put on a list of more priority. I am disgusted with the UHAUL experience and the crappy customer service by the "area manager" Leo ? who did not make a better attempt to contact me or email me as i had requested so I could attach a picture of what I saw under the truck. NEVER would I use Uhaul again.Jennifer B.
The person who put the tow dolly on my truck didn't know what he was doing. When I got home to load the car on the tow dolly the tow dolly came off my hitch. I was very up set.Richard B.
this U Haul place is the one that stole the stuff they also lied about everything on my contract your cleaning mileage the Amount of days I had my U Haul they increased by 2 I am currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against u Haul and those locationsBRANDON M.

This is a hole in the wall filthy dirty market in the middle of nowhere. I made a reservation four days before my pickup to pickup a 7:00 am. The day before my scheduled pick up they called me and said there was no truck available. First they told me I would have to go to another city 18 miles further away. Then after being on hold for ten minutes they gave me this hole in the wall dump to pick up. However they don't open until 8:00 am. I was there 10 minutes early to pick up truck. The attendant was 15 minutes late.Diana R.

I dropped off the dolly at 8am. The attendant was just opening the store and it took him a long time to get me away as he had to get his computer going and so on. He should have said something. I finally asked "Is there a problem?"KEN B.

I did not get a call telling me that my site for pick up was different from the one that I had set up online until I was already there. I waited at the site for over 30 minutes before somebody got there that could help me. The person there did not know how to do it. The distance that I had to travel to this site and the long delay in actually getting the truck delayed my whole move by about 2 hours. I am very dissatisfied with the service.Richard B.
They acknowledge lack of experience since they just started renting trucks. The begining of the rental was below average, waited too long to get the paperwork right but the return was a nightmare, I was charged for 2 days instead of 1 day, the rep had to make several calls to fix the problem of overcharging..and computer problemsRICK R.
