The unit that I rented was too small so they assisted me with getting a bigger size. Everything went great
I didn’t end up using this reservation because I couldn’t remember which U-Haul location I had called. It would’ve been helpful to have received a confirmation email so I knew where I needed to go.

Despite allowing me to choose a Sunday as a move in day online, the facility was closed, so I had to find another storage unit to unload the truck. Please refund my money and mark Sunday closed clearl
Second time using you guys at the Diamond Storage at SLC airport location. My expectations were completely exceeded by two individuals; Eric the storage manager and Journey the van driver. Super guys.

I have stayed three separate times and used the Spokane facility as well. Having used 10 different storage facilities over 6 years I can say the service at the SLC Diamond storage is by far the best.
Facility was not open on Sunday as advertised. Otherwise nice and helpful. Took a little bit to get through paperwork but this is probably normal.
