Uhaul truck was disgusting and filthy. Napkins, straws and cigarette wrappers in the cab. The cargo area was filled with dirt, leaves, hangars and debris. Cant believe this vehicle was cleared to be rented. No discount offered to me on my rental despite me spending 45 mins cleaning it before I put my family's contents inside it.

I rented from a location closer to my home. I received an email that my location to pick up a truck was changed. I picked up the truck 11 miles from my home and had to drive back to load it. Apparently I was given 42 miles to get from my home to the next town to turn in the truck. I guess that was to leave my load in the truck because when I turned in the vehicle, I was charged for going over the mileage. This is poor service. I will not use UHaul again. Better read the fine print.

Actually have the equipment ready as promised multiple times and improve the parking lot. It's full of ruts and drop offs... Full of water when it rained.

locations was in a mud hole. Had to stand in a foot of water to hook up trailer. Truck was dirty inside cab and box. Truck was completely empty on fuel.

This ended up costing me way more than it said. I was in a hurry due to the rain and just accepted the mileage it out in for me thinking's it knew what it was saying m, yet when we arrived back to drop it back off it would NOT accept the mileage it was showing and I ended up having to put in a different mileage so we could actually drop it off and go home (in which home was 30 min away) and when I finished everything it said I went 202 miles when I only went 40 max!!!! ?? not sure how or why, there was nothing that gave me to fix the issue, so I had to just pay something that was clearly wrong.

We were on a tight schedule and found the rental staff too chatty with each other/willing to pause our transaction to take care of a rude man/turned out okay.

You should put the storage space as the size on the advertisements. I reserved what was advertised as a 10x12 trailer, only to find out the storage space was only 5x10. People are not renting the total dimensions of the truck or trailer, they are reserving the usable dimensions. Surely, this isn't news to you. Also the new rule of me having to take a picture of my drivers license has got to e one of the most absurd things I have ever heard of and I have employment history in rental vehicles. If you don't trust the intelligence or integrity of your employees enough to trust they see the renter's drivers license then you are doing something wrong. When I showed up to pick up my trailer for my 0800 reservation, there was nobody there. When I called the number on the door for manager on call at 0810( I gave a grace period before calling) the male that answered the phone acted like I was stupid because I was calling him instead of the location because they were open. When I explained to him nobody was there, he sort of changed his attitude. I seriously doubt I will use ANY Uhaul location again. You seriously have issues running your company..

Gas was near empty. Truck was 2 quarts of oil short. Leaked oil on my driveway. The owner said the truck was dropped off in bad shape and it was the only 26' truck around. The owner did go over to the gas station next door and got two quarts of oil. That was nice. I guess there wasn't too much more he could do as the truck was dumped on him in bad shape.

Man was friendly for pickup and took time to explain any questions we asked. I guess the high demand for trucks at our time of rental is why we had food and drink all over the floor of the cab - they just had turned it in, I guess, when we showed up to get it.

U-Haul needs to do better with their map and information about rental and return facilities available. I picked the facility closest to my unloading area. The U-Haul branch the truck was picked up from changed it during the pick up process. The owner at the drop off location said their facilities doesn't show up on all U-Haul maps, but they showed up for my reservation options. The owner, Paul was very helpful and I did drop off at his location with ease.

Do not allow supervisors to "move" equipment, when computer system is down. They DO NOT know what is reserved and removed equipment that I had reserved, with local manager's knowledge.

Trouble with the final bill! Counter person should have caught this! Charged to 2 day when I rented it for only 24 hours. Then refunded (not by dealer, but by regional mgr.) for the 2nd day, but still charged for the 2nd days insurance. Moving - least fun in the world. UHaul can somehow make it worse.

The only issue is UHAUL did not contact me about the location change and the very nice lady was unaware of any reservations. I had a very tight schedule to keep and knowing the location change would have helped me keep it The individual at this location was very nice and very helpful

This location doesn't take cash payments for UHAUL trucks. Never ever rented from a location that didn't accept cash. But strangely they accept cash for packing supplies. I should've been told this over the phone prior to showing up. I was offered a 25% discount because my reserved truck was needed in Houston/Richmond Tx. The truck was worth 25%. Other than the fact it got us there, the coolant light was on (scary) the mileage was around 120,000 and I was being sent on a trip from waco Tx to Houston Tx. Not wise with such a risky truck. I would've liked a more reliable truck for such a journey. Seriously there wasn't an undamaged panel on this truck prior to my rental. I feel like my 25%off was still too much for a clunker.

The person that help me was great, but the process to get the truck was long due to issues i. System. Iternet, set it was going to take me half the time to complete the pick up. It took me like 30 minutes. I cannot imagine taking 1 hour to rent a truck. You guys need to improve system ease of use. Thanks

I had to install the dolly by myself with no one help which was very difficult and the fact my car was on top of it traveling 100 miles to my destination was very difficult and disappointing
