Office girl that works for them was very nice and helpful when needing anything. But the diamond storage on 66th St is not secure in anyway. To many break ins in the time we had a unit there. We had personal property stolen from there, people living on premises. Alot of the cameras don't work and doors dont work half the time.

Summer S | Overall ExperienceI was unable to access my unit using the E door and had to use the D or F door. Wasn't a huge issue, but was annoying. Also, I could not leave my payment at the N 66th St location and had to take it to Hill St. Very inconvenient. They also did not have a drop box for payments so when I used the UHaul rental box, they didn't get the payment. Got it figured out though that I had to call whenever I left a payment in the UHaul box.
