He took them off, but I still got billed for an appliance Dolly, standard Dolly, and a dozen blankets, none of which I received. Also, the truck pulled hard to the left, especially during braking and the windshield wipers were in terrible condition. It would be cool if I could get the Dolly and blanket money back though

dean mIf it's mobile pickup, which means I don't have to go inside, the keys should already be with the truck. Instead I had to go inside and wait in line for my keys which cost my time. Also there was only 1 employee helping customers.
