I would have given a higher rating if I received the price of $164.xx quoted to me. Instead the rental was $201. I sent an email regarding the issue and received no response. I have no complaints regarding the location but the U-Haul representative on the line didn't seem to know what he was doing. It took an exceptionally long time.

Grant HMy truck was guaranteed to be at my chosen location that was across from my apartment in somers point. I got a call the night before we move and am told it will be in Pleasantville. I remember having the location guarantee, but apparently that didn't mean anything. I also put in my trio and it said I would have 50 extra miles, which was perfect because I had to go between 40-60 miles over the direct trip from somers point to salisbury. Then I find out while I'm dropping off that I went "120 miles over", which is insane but I didn't want to argue with the guy working -- he was awesome- and he didn't make these mistakes.

Joseph DWi-fi signal to complete booking is EXTREMEMY poor in this area. Vehicle that was reserved for me was full of graffiti, and damage to several locations on t he truck. Pictures showed that the truck was in great condition, which was NOT the case.

james gThey never checked the truck out in the system. Just handed me the key. I had to go to the uhaul location on White Horse Pike to get my supplies I ordered. The service there was excellent and they completed the transaction and gave me the contract. I'm not sure why I couldn't have picked up the truck there as well.

SOHARAB Hlocation was closed when I dropped off. There were no other u-haul trucks there so I wasn't sure if I was at the right place. The entire property was full of used cars for sale.
