Person in charge was very rude. If he wants people to wait outside the fence he should post a sign. I drove past the gate because all the Uhaul equipment is beyond the gate and he told me it was private property eve though I was clearly pulling Uhaul equipment. I was charged over $16 for 3 gallons of gas. I only put 21 miles on it total, and went to the gas station right before I dropped the truck off. The man who checked me out told me the gas level was OK. I was surprised when I saw the charge for gas on the receipt.ALEX S.

I have rented trucks or vans a few times this year. This was by far the cleanest truck and best experience I've had so far. Going forward this will be the location I rent from over all the others.James E.

i was RIP OFF i feel i bought the insurance with the rental i had a minor issue with the rental that is why i bought the insurance now a lady Sam called me that because of that minor issue i have to pay the DEDUCTABLE for the insurance i have never heard that ever that is the reason i bought the insurance at first I THINK IS NOT RIGHT I WAS NEVER TOLD OF ME PAYING THAT DEDUCTABLE IN MY INSURACE SORRY !!! I was over charged. I can't get in contact with them.I returned the truck before 10 pm with the dolly and they charged me 100 dollars for it. I put the gas past what I got it with which was over half of a tank they stated it was only a half a tank. I got pictures and times. I need this corrected or I will take legal actionDEMETRIUS F.

I rented for one day, 24 hours I was supposed to bring it back at 9 AM the next day tried calling at 930am to tell them I was running late, and ask them if I could bring it back at 12, she said no problem they someone coming to get it at 3pm. I get there at 12 and she said I have to charge you an extra day. when I only had it three extra hours and then at 3pm she charges somebody else for another day I don't. Agent was a no show at the given appointment time referred instead to the angry proprietor who was in possesion of the worst attitude of any human I have ever met. If possible I would highly recommend any of the options available, if Uhaul sends you there...Enterprise has equally favorable rates. Avoid at all costs.HENRY K.

I was asked to review the vehicle for damage and if not identified I would be responsible. Every part of the truck had damage and every area I pointed out to the clerk he informed it was already marked. So if at the front of the truck had a marked sticker it meant it was marked as damaged for the entire area from front to back. The process was very frustrating and the clerk had horrible customer service skills. At one point he insulted me and told me to take my glasses off and then maybe I could see better. This comment was completely unnecessary! He was not capable to get me registered due to his poor English and computer skills which required he get someone on the phone to assist. Unless I have no other option I will never rent a U-Haul truck particularly from the Quartz Hill CA location.Ronnie E.
The person is rude and unprofectional. They called me 10 efore 4pm and informed me that they are closing sooner than my reservation time. My reservation was at 4:45. I had to put everything down and rush there before they close. Also, when I was returning the truck the person who worked their speak on Spanish and was very rude. He said that I have to stay out of office until the lady who handle the return come back it will take another 40 min. I tried to call the customer service to resolve this issue but wait time was more than 30 min. Finally after 40 min waiting she showed up can complete my return. I will not rent any more truck from this location and will not recommend anyone to go there. Obviously, there are zero customer service exist there.Al M.

I requested mobile pick up. I completed process truck was not staged and key was not on black box. Truck was not swept out from prior rental. Truck on empty. Couldn't move driver mirror, I asked employee for help I was told I don't know anything about Uhaul, lady went to lunch come back 1 hour. No attempt what soever to help me. When you are moving you want your equipment ready as requested and enough gas to at least start your move...not to have to go straight to a gas station...and yes I got a fuel credit. Cup holder console fell out when I was driving. At least the windshield and mirrors were clean but that was the only good thingLinda G.
They never picked up my phone to dispute the cleaning fee on a cleanly returned truck. And twice they hung up without a single word after picking up the phone. I even tried to call for my lost-and-found items that may have been stuck in the furniture pads but no response. Uhaul HQ should revoke this place's license for operating Uhaul. The old man that runs the place treats his customers very poorly and is disrespectful. I will never go here again. The lady was okay, but the old man has a mean look and is very rude when you speak to him. He has no customer services skills. If I were you, I would remove your Uhaul's from here. Since this was the last resort for me, I had to go here, but would always refrain from shopping here.Sanjay S.

The truck was out of gas when I picked it up. 1/4 of a tank gets you to a fuel station and takes time and mileage I should not need to use and pay for as well as my time loss when I'm busy trying to move. I had the absolute worst experience with this place I have never felt more disrespected In my entire life!these guys tried to rip me off for a cleaning fee!we discussed the truck being dirty when I picked it up and the guy tried to act like that never happened.i go thru uhaul all the time and I have never had a problem like this.please do yourself a favor and never go to these guys at this location.SHANE T.
It's not u-haul it's the people that run the place the wolf lumber they are horrible they're always trying to take advantage of people the guy tried to charge me extra money because there was some mud around the exterior of the vehicle that was not part of the discussion nor part of the contract and then I filled up the truck exactly where I got it but they're saying it's rifle low the line anything they can do to make a dollar and if it's you guys shame on you and then you wanted to argue with me yell at me and then you tried to reach behind the counter I don't know if it was a gun or a club of some kind and threaten me in Spanish something about me being white and entitled I will tell everyone in this town and the next horrible horrible.MATTHEW F.
