I rented a appliance dolly and the wheels didn't turn very good. And I also rented a 5x9 trailer and the right sides lights didn't work so I could not do anything after dark. Very disappointed this time
Thomas C.I don't think it's fair to have to put gas back in the uhaul and also pay $1 per mile that's like paying twice for the same thing. I didn't have to do that last time I rented it was one or the other.

Then I called to ask for another day she yelled at me and said she told me the truck was going out Sunday at 10am...There were two of us there she never said a word to us. She has no business in customer service or representing you haul. I will tell people not to rent from that location
Jewel S.The trailer was in really good condition. Track nice pulled well. The only issue I had was I told them that I would be returning it Sunday night before midnight. Monday morning at about 8:15 I get a call wanting to know wasn't I supposed to return a trailer. Then they inform me they hadn't even gone out and looked. Don't find that as professional service. One question I have is why didn't you go out and look before you called and accused me of not returning the trailer which had been there for over 12 hours? Have a great day!
james N.It's run by a bunch of inbred hilljacks. They "helped" with the securing my car to the trailer. When I arrived at my destination, one of hte straps securing the left tire of my car had come completely loose. There were no rubber boots on the tow chains. I had to request those and they just handed them to me instead of installing them on the chains. They are not doing you any favors when it comes to branding.

Walter S.This has nothing to do with the location, but I do not like the two step verification for logging in to uhaul.com. We wanted to return the vehicle, but found ourselves with a dead battery on our primary cell phone and no charger. We could have logged in from one of our two other phones, but the verification for the login was sent to the dead phone with no way to retrieve. The wait for phone customer service was a half hour, and I had to wait more than 5" for chat. 5" is not so bad, but then the chat rep took forever to respond to my questions/answers, and did not help with what I wanted, which was to log in to my account in order to check in the equipment we had rented. Instead, he just wrote and said that he had logged in the return, and I heard nothing further from him, even though I responded immpediately. Hopefully, there were no problems with the return, but it wasn't the way I like to do business.

Mark S.Honestly it was an overall great experience. I made the reservation online, showed up the next day, signed a paper, paid, got hooked up and I was off! I have a very bad back n my left arm is almost useless right now so I was a bit worried about hookup. Without me even having to ask, the young gentleman hooked the trailer up for me and took care of everything. I was so grateful for his help. He was very kind, polite and made this a pleasant experience. I wish more places treated their customers with care like this guy did. If you see this, THANK YOU again!
