I had my location rescheduled 3 times. As somebody who has used uHaul before it was very frustrating and set me back on my moving day by nearly an hour. Very disappointed by my experience.

One tire needed replaced. Charged $20 fee because I parked the trailer in the return equipment area. Said had to move equipment. Requested refund.

I'm sure renting to me was not an easy job, with changes due to family schedules etc. Dewey UHaul was so understanding and made sure we got the exact truck we needed at the right time, plus worked with us to keep for an extra day. The young lady I met was very sweet, very nice and knew what she was doing. And she even gave me a free key ring........I use this UHaul location whenever I've had the need to rent a truck.

I didn't have to go inside the office, because the staff was already outside. She was prepared to clean the truck and did a thorough job checking the cab for my belongings to make sure I didn't leave without my phone or wallet. Very friendly service!

No furniture mover as pre-ordered and paid...no instruction on the trucks mirrors and operation at all. Told the gas was full and it was not. Transmission not shifting properly and the girl in the shed for an office would not get up to look at anything. Left the cardboard windshield sign for me to take out. Told me I had to go online to adjust the order to make it right according to their lack of equipment. Terrible service. Wouldn't even come look at gas Guage to verify that it was not full. Lazy person and mouthy and rude.

Woman working the counter was very rude. When the rental paperwork was filled out, she told me to bring my car around. She didn’t mention which trailer I was supposed to pick up, or even pointed it out. Instead, I walked to the trailer to certify the license plate to know which one I was hooking up too. Apparently in the two minutes it took me to do that, she had already moved on to the next client. When I mentioned my car was ready to be hooked up, she said she’ll deal with me after her current client had filled out the paperwork. Fair enough. However, after finishing with that client, she called the next person to her counter. When I told her, “ma’am, could you please hook up my trailer” she bitched me out and said that if I had brought my car around like she asked me, it would’ve already been hooked up. She made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. Overall terrible experience, delayed my departure by a good 20 minutes. She will always put phone calls over the clients standing in front of her. Overall 2/10. Would recommend going to a neighboring city to rent.

We dropped off 3 trucks to this location. The !st truck gas gauge broke at the time of refuel. So the truck go returned with half a tank more then needed. The third and last truck got returned with an 8th of a tank lower then what was suppose to be returned. So we were in turn charged $30 bucks for the error, HOWEVER that being the case then we should be owed $120.00 due to an error with fuel gauge with the 1st truck.

The check in and check out processes were extremely difficult and lengthy. I didn’t realize I needed to bring my passport or have my employer verified when there was no one in the office at 6:30 am or bother friends/family that early. The app glitched/screen went black multiple times and when re-opening I had to start the process over. It took around 40 mins to finally get it to work. When returning, this happened again and when re-opening it said I have no current rentals so I had no idea whether I finished the check in process properly. I tried to reach out to customer service through the online chat and call/call back features both during my rental period with a question and at the return process and that was also difficult. I was on hold for a long time, then opted for a call back. A while later I got the call back and was re-put on hold for a period of time after which I was given the option to receive a call back again. It was over an hour before I actually spoke to someone. The person I spoke to was very kind as helpful, though. I never got responses when using the online chat either during the rental period or at checkout. The vehicle was very nice. It was convenient to have pick-up options close to me. I am very familiar with using online rental processes through Turo , Air Bnb, etc., so, my only complaint is how difficult to the extreme that component of my experience was. Everything else was great.

To U-Haul, I writing concerning my recent Truck rental. The condition of the vehicle I rented was below any standard of safety that should be allowed on the street. Addressing the most concerning point is the condition of the tires. The vehicle put myself and 2 other passengers into a hazardous situation. We were in a moderate rain, and the rear end of the vehicle fish tailed out of control. To best describe the experience the front tires were in the right lane, the left rear tire and possibly the right were in the left lane. This wasn’t a small fish tail. Though I attempted to regain control the rear end of the vehicle continued to slide left putting us at an extremely dangerous angle on the road. The rear end began to recover, but the continued to swing out of control in the opposite direction now moving the rear end to the right side of the front tires. We then began a fish tail in the opposite direction. It was though I was driving on ice. Fortunately the vehicle came back in control without incident. Looking at the tires on your truck it’s easily seen that the tread depth is below safety standards. Additionally as I was looking at the tires I saw that the right rear wheel cylinder was leaking. There was a puddle of brake fluid on the ground. The third item of safety concern for me was the extremely rough ride of the vehicle. It handled bumps so hard driving the vehicle was sometimes difficult. Even though I had my load secured the bumpy ride wound up breaking a desk and chair that I was hauling. There were other minor issues as well like the air conditioning not working, and the check engine light remaining illuminated on the dash. But these were inconsequential items. To come to the point, U-Haul rented me an unsafe vehicle and put us all in danger. I’d like to discuss this with the proper person to handle this situation, and I’m looking forward to hearing from you. Contract# 91144720

We were very pleased with the service. The lady was very friendly, she went through how to use everything on the car hauler with us, made sure it was hooked up properly and even checked the lights with us. I would recommend this location to friends if they ever need moving equipment.

I brought the truck back at night. There isn't enough lighting on the yard. Also, I had trouble with the cab light. I turned it on to be sure I picked up all personal belongings, but when I went to shut it off, it would not shut off.

I rented a appliance dolly and the wheels didn’t turn very good. And I also rented a 5x9 trailer and the right sides lights didn’t work so I could not do anything after dark. Very disappointed this time
