I never received any moving blankets or dollies. But I was still charged for them.
Brandt CI had originally reserved this truck to go in and check out. When I arrived no one was there. After waiting 30 mins and just about heading down the street to a competitor a very rude very disgruntled Devon storage employee showed up. He first said I couldn’t rent the truck because he was heading to Texas. Then he said he didn’t work there even though he had devein storage shirt on and a key to th building that he proceeded to enter. At this point I was on the phone with UHaul and your customer service rep saved the day. I will never rent from there again.

Kristie CUpon pickup my ticket said there was a 3/8 full tank, however it was more like 1/4. With a 60 gallon tank this a big deal. I should've gone back inside and noted this, however I was already on my way. Wasn't happy about this, although the gentleman inside was friendly and helpful.
