The only issue we had was with the return online. I had gone to uhaul.com/share on my browser and it kept saying "you do not have any rentals or reservations." it was not until after we dropped in the keys to the slot that I found it could be done on the app so the pictures we submitted were not accurate.

Make address viewable for customer. Passed place twice before I found it.

Online reservation system is horrible. I received a confirmation for my date and time then never received a phone call to confirm it. When I went to get the truck they said the reservation wasnt confirmed even tho the email said it was. I had to wait an extra day to get my truck. Very poor process.

Winchester location had the best customer service.. I went to mendenhall and the service was wack. Not professional. Attitude was ugly. I was getting unsuccessful actions with her. She is turning services down and is loosing money

Only had 13 pads. Did online check in and paid before so showed up. Still took a minimum 20 minutes to get the keys. Only had 11 of 24 pads. She didn’t have a solution...That’s all we have. I asked if I could go to the Mendenhall location to pick up the rest and she said sure. She was horrible.

I don’t blame the woman working the front desk, as she said she and her other coworkers were never trained on how to properly check in uhaul reservations. Waited for almost an hour to get checked in, then we finally get the uhaul. It was in poor condition with a completely cracked side mirror, and the furniture pads I ordered and already paid for were not on site. Poor customer service and poor uhaul quality.
