Performed as if they NEVER received any information, training, or knowledge of any kind regarding UHAUL matters. In which pathetically, it MUST be true. Because, it cost an absurdly amount MORE then intended, and ended up leaving me financially STRESSED MORE than I already was with my move, transition, time, etc. Very disturbed, overall with Uhaul.Patty V.

You have the wrong name listed as the return location. This really threw us for a loop as the gps could not find the address; and the name of the facility did not match what uhual had listed.Rhiannon A.
We arranged for drop off at this location to find out there is no Four State Storage at the address provided. We had to scramble to figure out that it was actually Devon Storage, on the other side of the highway. We were not able to talk with staff there due to returning it just before their business hours.Johnathan B.

This is not the name of the location. The name of the company is Devon Storage. Maps take you to the wrong side of the highway and when you try to call the number provided, it has been disconnected. Tried to call U-Haul, was put on hold and disconnected on twice. Googled the address to find the correct company, called Devon Storage and they told us "yeah, the information has never been updated on U-Haul's site". When we finally got to the location, the truck was not ready for us. I had checked in on-line and prepaid. What should have been a quick pick up. Turned into an hour and a half mess. And, when I complained that I had hired people to load the truck and I have now paid for an hour for them to sit around, I was told "Sorry". U-Haul you just cost me over $100 for labor I did not use and did not provide all of the pads I had requested. You at least reimbursed the $10 for the pads. I have used U-Haul in the past with no problems. I will think twice about relying on your website if I ever use you again.Angel N.
