It was really difficult to enter the gate because the truck was behind the doors. Also, we hadn’t received a code and then the process was really long. Calling, changing everything and getting the truck.

Michele DIt was so dark and they don’t have any lights so it was very hard to see at night. The truck was also very dirty. It looked like the previous user spilled something by sticky and it was all over the cup holders and floor mat. There was also food in the cup holders and the door pockets.

Brandon CI was mislead about pricing and time of use. I was not given instructions on returning the truck except for where to park it. I agree to the 14.95 insurance and was charged 28$ instead. What started as an expensive 78$ U-Haul rental ended up costing me 140$ not including the gas I had to put in it. It only had a quarter of a tank so I had to get gas right from the beginning of my move just to make it there. I'm very disappointed. When I realized I veas supposed to open the text message and follow the link to check in the truck it was too late. I tried to call this place and it would ring twice then give a busy signal so I didn't even get to speak to anyone.
