I try hard not to rent from the Alexandria store on MaArthur dr Alexandria Louisiana. I just don’t like the way they handle a person. I rent a lot of trucks and trailers from y’all and still will but not from that store in Alexandria.

Joe FI took time to download the U-Haul App to make my reservation and input as much information as possible in the system. Despite doing all of this, it took more than 30 minutes just to check-in. Later that day I discovered at the drop-off that the process was not fully completed and that there wasn’t evidence of me picking up the rental being established in the system. I spent additional time that afternoon (08/16/2019) and the following morning trying to work out the issue. I feel that I should not be charged at all for this rental. The drop-off location (Ashley) is in agreement. Reference dispute 2362655 (submitted by Karen Silvestre) for additional information. Still waiting on that call from regional / district management.

Shondricka Bfind a better way to check fuel levels, twice now I have rented trucks that say there is a level of fuel that is incorrect, I put 10 gal.s of gas in when it said 7/8s of a tank and 8 gal.s when it was supposed to be full. this is not ok to rip off the customers.

Robert MTook me 1 and 1/2 hours to rent my trailer even though I had pre-reserved it. Was a total mess up!!
PATRICIA SMake sure the location of where I am picking up is open and operating. Waiting outside 45 minutes in the heat waiting on someone to come rent me my Uhaul. Overall it set me back over and hour and very well messed up some of my help so I spent way more time than expected having to move.

Joey PMake sure equipment is not infested with roaches and provide a refund when it is. Charged for 2 days when only out for one day. No one can help you. Run around and big hassle. The buck stops no where.
