You allow people to rental equipment through your website even though it's 3rd party rental and when I get there for pick up they don't have any of the supplies I needed making my trip way harder without an appliance dolly. I also had the truck for less than 24hrs and was still charged for two days.
KORA CThe location charged my card throughout the time I was in possession of the equipment (for the daily fee plus insurance daily) totalling around 300 plus dollars. Then proceeded to post and take an addition over 700 dollars 5 days after returning the equipment. There is no way that the amounts were accurate in total. Very frustrating and expensive!! Will never rent another uhaul ever again. False advertisement ect. Ect.

ANDREW DThe office was fantastic. Very helpful, polite, and professional. However, the truck was horrible dirty. Someone must have traveled w/ their pet because there was pet hair everywhere. Also, after we began our journey from AZ to CA, that's when we realized the AC didn't work. It only worked 20% of the time. In fact, what we noticed was anytime you accelerated the AC would turn off. It only worked when foot was not pressing the gas at all. It's was 105 degrees through the desert and was 98 degrees when we arrived in CA. Also, for 2 days straight we were constantly bombarded with calls, texts and emails from U-Haul asking us to drop off at a different location. Apparently, the truck needed "maintenance". We refused because the location would be +25 min drive and cost us more in gas than the extra miles and $50 credit they offered. BUT lets not forget that the AC didn't work. When we finally told the lady we were not going to drop it off at another location and our AC didn't work the conversation was over. NO ONE at U-HAUL cared that the truck sucked!

Faith AI do not blame anything on the person at the counter. She was friendly and apologetic. However, I do blame U-Haul corporate for my less than stellar rating. 1. I rented online through the website and chose the 24/7 option. However, this site does not have that available, which delayed my day. 2. I wanted an appliance dolly and picked that online also as I was moving an appliance. However, this location does not have one! I would not have chosen this location if I had known about those 2 things. Please fix your website to better know your locations and what is available. Gary
