This location is very difficult, it doesn't have an office and it was really complicated. Thank God I had the help of a manager from the nearby location. If it hadn't been for the help of this manager from the nearby location, it really would have been impossible... I was not used to the online check in but the uhaul rep helped me out. The van had mud in it and did not smell great. I don't think it was cleaned but I asked for a refund on the cleaning since I didn't mess it up.Lana H.

NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION, No response from person owning or operating this location. issues with the app which didn't allow me to unlock the keys for the truck that I rented. I spent nearly 30 minutes trying to check in before I ended up having to call customer service and waiting 45 minutes in order to make a new reservation and then was able to access the keys. when I return the vehicle I then have to do the all the work they are too lazy to do and complete another annoying return process on a slow app that took me an additional 20min. A job the person owning this location or employee operating it should be doing. I am not a U-Haul employee and I can't stand this type of too cheap to care about your customer mentality.Cory Y.

The truck has a serious suspension's problem, the driver's front wheels was shaking a lot, I was afraid that was going to fall off. The tailgate handles are all rusty, even the gasoline tank is all rusty. I found this truck old and too dangerous to drive and operate. This location does not have anyone to assist you with the pickup and return process. It was the worse experience with U-Haul I ever had. The app is too slow and most of the times does not upload the pictures. I wasted almost 30 minutes to pick up and almost 30 minutes to return the truck. I don't work for U-Haul, it's not my job to take pictures and try to upload them so many times, it's not my job to provide so much information about the truck, like it was requested, especially when the app does not work properly. I will avoid using this location, even if I have to drive far away to use a location with a real person.Nelson S.
The contract said there was 3/4 tank of fuel and the fuel gauge was a little above 1/2. I could not verify the mileage because of all the warnings on the dash. At drop off, I put in 2 gallons of gas and that left it with more full then at pickup. I drove the truck 24 miles according to my son's car but the mileage on the truck said I drove 44 miles. I drove from the uhaul lot to Woodstock, then to Crabapple in Roswell and back to the lot. I think someone used the truck without updating the system because the fuel was wrong and I believe the mileage was also wrong. I should only be charged for 24 miles. William LasseigneWILLIAM L.

If not for the phone help, this rental would have been a complete disaster. We were pushed there from another location - as we were getting to the first place. No we didn't have your app and it took 45 minutes to get it, make it work, and then get the truck. And, the promised equipment was not loaded (a dolly). We went to three other UHaul locations as instructed and they didn't have one either. Thankfully that amount was credited. Your online pick up with an app is a disaster.Andrew M.

This was the worse experience I have every incurred we lost hours work they ran us from one location to another neither had employees on site we kept getting the say request of drivers license etc. I will not be recommending this U-haul location to anyone . We had the same problem with the same vendor a few years ago. So I am done with this Rental company I will use Penske or Budget from now onBrandon F.

U-Haul.com should send advance instructions on e-checkin and w-checkout. I wasted an hour in total before and after this rental because my phone web browser would not allow location services. As a result I spent time with the attendant and on the phone trying to figure out what should otherwise be a very simple, quick process. I will not recommend U-Haul as a result.Nicholas P.

It would be nice if the truck had more than a quarter tank of gas at pick. We had to stop after picking up and get fuel. It was very cool that the counter person told us it had a quarter tank and to make sure we got fuel. Overall this experience was excellent. EZmissions was awesome and did a great job. It would just be more convenient for customers if there was more than a quarter tank of gas, but not a big deal. I would use EZmission again in the future.SHAUN K.

I scheduled to pick up my trailer at your Sandy Springs location. I received an email stating it was there and ready for me. I called to verify this and the agent was condescending and said the trailer was yet to be assigned. I explained the email I received and she said well then they must have it. Upon arriving to pick up the trailer they in fact did not have it. This was a terrible experience on a day I didn't have time to spare. What a very unprofessional service uhaul provides.ROBERT C.
The young man working the front desk with tattoos is as SHADY as a Six Dollar bill. He wanted to do under the table deals. I do not do under the table deals or in other words to cut corners to save a dollar. The truck was not clean, he talked bad about the owners across the street who were of India culture but were more ethical than he and the owner, I will NOT do business with this location and will give a bad bad review to detour people from doing business with that location!MARICE J.

The pickup of the trailer was fine, the drop off is where there was an issue. I was asked to back the trailer into a very tight area, I was also backing the trailer into the sun and could not see a thing in my mirrors nor the backup camera. Justin was not helpful while trying to compete his trailer location request. He asked if he could drive my vehicle and I declined, and he became agitated. He then began insults including but not limited to â€œthat's some F@$&?! Up drivingâ€. After that I pulled the trailer into their drop off zone and removed the trailer from the truck myself. I then approached Justin and asked if he needed anything else from me, He informed me my receipt had been emailed to me. I then let him know that the insults were not appreciated, and his response was â€œ I don't give a F$@&, get out of hereâ€. This was very unprofessional, and again is not appreciated. I would like to be contacted by someone.Brad T.
The guy behind the counter was oddly rude. Stayed on his cell phone while I was at the counter, didn't look up at all. Gas gauge on paper stated there was a 1/4 of gas in the truck, after driving approx 3 miles, the gauge was on empty!; this is all on video. The truck LITERALLY felt like it was going to fall apart while driving it, battery light STAYED on, the ignition barely turned over and you had to continually crank for the truck to start. The steering is EXTREMELY loose!!! After putting enough gas in the truck to drive it; I did not refill it to a 1:4 tank because it was on empty after driving it 3 miles, but it was returned with MORE gas than what was initially in the tank; the rude guy behind the counter told me I needed to call Uhaul to get any money back and of course the moment I realized the tank was on the red line, I called Uhaul to complain and they told me the opposite to complain to the pickup location. Of course I have the interaction with the guy, who sat behind the counter, on video too.ZOE C.

Why do you have a reservation policy that allows locations to give your truck away? I had to push my pick up time from 9am to 11am but was told the truck would have to be given to the person coming in at 10am. We both had reservations, but the location didn't have enough trucks, so the agent was going to give it to the first one to come in. I said I would pre-pay online to hold it but was told that wouldn't guarantee it would be there. I had to make a special trip over there to make sure my truck wasn't given away, which messed up my day, and I guess the 10am person wasn't going to get a truck. Justin was the gentleman at the store, excellent person representing UHaul! We experienced a problem, we ordered a 21 ft truck at the Old Ellis store in Roswell on September 11 and made sure we could drop at a Canton GA location, Josie at the store said there was a chance we would need to pick up the reserved Roswell/Canton 21 ft truck at another location. So on Thursday I got an text telling us to pick up the Holcomb Bridge location, not a problem. well when we got to Justin's store he said the system had us down going Roswell/Roswell and that we couldn't leave truck at Canton location. This would have been a HUGE problem if we were going over an hour distance. Fortunately it all worked out and Justin was great.VERNON S.

Should provide final charges at checkout, rather than sneakily assessing extra charges when you're no longer there. I put 59 miles on this truck and put $15 (5 gallons) of gasoline into it .... and was charged an additional $25 for gasoline! The extra day charge was ridiculous as well, but policy is policy. It's a shame you no longer work with customers.RICHARD B.
