Provider was rude andcondensending. He got angry when I ask him to explain how the charges work. He got angrier when I asked him to repeat because I couldnt understand his english. He ever told me to go and not come back. Overall bad experience.

Manveer SMy contract stated the drop off location and address just as norma, so when I dropped the truck off at this location after trying to stay close to my mileage amount and fueling the truck up, I asked customer service where to put the keys as there was no drop box. The lady on the line at customer service was incredible helpful. The male uhaul manager that called me insisted that due to that location being under Reno's there's no drop box and I would have to drive the truck 20 minutes away to another location. He was incredibly rude and ignorant. I fulfilled my end of the contract and had another obligation to get to right away which is what I told him to which he replied "well there's no where for you to leave the key" I told him again I fulfilled my end of the contract and if that wasn't a suitable drop off location I should have been notified. Eventually he told me there's a door with a slot on it to put the keys which would have been incredibly helpful right off the bat. This person should be fired immediately. Absolutely useless human being.
Matt BUnit was clean, but the truck needs some work. It felt like there was a 10° dead zone on the steering wheel, making the drive more difficult than it should be.

Remi NThe location wasn't bad because of the owners fault. It was a bad experience because the guy on the phone when I made my phone reservation Although was very polite and fast, he was almost too fast and didn't listen to what I needed. He even got upset when I would jump slightly off the " script " he had. I felt it was not more effective than interacting with an automated phone service. Also he forgot to mention that the location I was going to pick the van up was an "automated " pick up. I had no idea I had to do it online. It wasn't a huge deal but on a very busy stressful day already me and my wife felt blindsided to have to to extra steps we were not familiar with. It is about being mentally prepared for it. So it was a terrible experience but not because anyone was not polite just missed out on basic info
Christian CLocation was fine. Uhaul was not. My truck did not have the appliance dolly I reserved. I rented the truck for the sole purpose of picking up a stove (this is the smallest truck with an EZramp and I am a 54 year old woman - I needed to be able to wheel the stove in). No dolly made the truck useless - had to carry the stove, very dangerous- could have used my own pickup for that. Complete waste of money. Also, truck was just under 1/4 tank when I picked it up - had to stop for gas almost immediately. Fill up your trucks between users. I was very disappointed.

Susanne HThe guy is rude to begin with and not friendly matter, the manager that called me to assist with my request to re- evaluate the extended time that over charge for extra full day is not kind to speak with, I am a regular u-haul customer I even rented 26' truck front Ontario province one way to alberta that cost more than 4k that I was happy with all the people in u-hual that I am dealing with except for that manager and the person that ssist me at U-hual neighborhood dealer at 41 Ave. They are the only rude u-hual personnel other rhan those two all U-haul I spoke too are kind and propfessional. In the future I will try to avoid that u-hual neighborhood dealer at 41Ave. aside they have the personnel to assist it self assisted and they are rude. I can not recommend this neighborhood other that place and personnel u-haul are great.

YoungWoong KThe convenience shop was supposed to open till 7 pm, however, he closed and it was hard to hand over the keys back when it was -25!, which was not expected when he said diffent earlier.
Pugazanthi SI reserver it on 34st, went there on designated time, van was not there. Called uhaul and after about half an hour (more or less) sent me to another location. The padlock in other location was stuck and have to call helpline again. Followed the instruction on the phone but still wouldn't open, was able to open it by jiggling the lock. Lock is old and really tricky to open.

Karen WI made the reservation online (truck and dollies) weeks ahead. Also called this location (Derrick Snack & Deli) to confirm reservation. Came to pickup truck but there were no dollies. It took the uhaul team 7 hours to get me the dollies. I had been to 4 uhaul stores. There was no ownership till the last store who called the area manager who took action. But still, 7 hours and no compensation for the lost time and frustration.

. JBe clear and don't over charge your customers and try to resolve there complaints not in 72 hrs but in 72 minutes. Clearly U-Haul lacks customer obsession principles.

mitch wthe truck was not very clean inside but it was not horrible either. i had to sweep the back before loading it. windows were filthy and i had to wash them to be able to see, same for mirrors. otherwise great truck and easy to drive.

NISHANT PYour agent charged me for cleaning and, trust me, I returned the truck cleaner than I got it. Also, the same guy charged me for gas, even if I returned it with a bit more gas than I receive it. I filled it up with about 22l and I drove it 45 miles, just so you know. I had a very, very bad experience and I strongly suggest you investigate further this. call me of you have any issues, I will go there and dispute charges as soon as I get some time.
