Great Service and Quality Trailer! I recently rented a trailer from Depanneur NDL, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The online booking process was simple, and the available trailer options were clearly explained. When I arrived, the owner of the store was extremely helpful and assisted me in securely attaching the trailer, double-checking all the connections and lights. The trailer itself was in excellent condition - clean, sturdy, and perfect for safely transporting. Thanks to their quality equipment and professional service, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend U-Haul for your trailer rental needs - a reliable and hassle-free experience!

Noel C5-Star Review - Fast and Efficient Service! I rented a trailer from U-Haul at the last minute, and everything went perfectly. The booking process was quick and easy, and the trailer was clean and in excellent condition. The staff was courteous and efficient, and I especially appreciated their late hours until 9:30 PM, which really saved me. Great experience-I highly recommend this location!
Jeremy NFirst of all, the place is dirty and people are nor organized, the dude tells me to pick the truck and go to the nearest garage to repair the wiper on the driver side wich is broken ... i say no i dont have time, second theres no gaz and he tells me to go fill up even if i have 18km to do. Eanyway the place is dirty and unorganized it's in a african cornerstore.

nathan aFast and easy.... they do there best , just don't make same mistake like me ALWAYS TAKE 24H...I've try to return shortly, but need more time, use 4hrs time frame, ask to get the whole 24h instead well the charge me another day....how rude is that specially on holiday season.... But it's U-Haul Policy from head office in USA. Except this unfair double charged, I like having to rent a truck very easily:)
Serge DRespect your engagement, i receved my truck 3 hours late. With no refund from you !! I have to Pay 3 hours of salary for 2 persons who do nothing because of that. And They leave before my moving was finish because of that. Thé person who rent me the truck told me: uhaul will call for a refund, And no body apologies for that
david sI had ordered a vehicle for 7h30, the location supervisor got there at 8. My workers waited 1/2hour and once arrived he was confused and lost them another 1/2h. When we returned the vehicle, we had put 40$ of gas into it but when we arrived and the drop off, my workers were asked to go back to put another 10$ to full it completly. Worst experience ever, very insulting to have lost so much time because of that employee of yours and no compensation in return.
