cinthya hI rented a vehicle at 4701 boulevard st-jean in DOLLARD-DES-ORMEAUX. When returning the vehicle with the filling of the gasoline carried out, (photo in support before and after), the dealer wanted me to put more gasoline also no he was going to charge me with additional costs. I told him that no that I was returning the vehicle to the same gas level as when I got the vehicle. At that time, the dealer asked me if I was Jewish! Not only am I not, but it is very racist and insulting. By telling him that I was Italian, he told me that Italians who know put gasoline without looking. Under pretexts that these customers leave more and who said nothing for $2 more when it's very good that it's wrong that we wouldn't see the difference on the gas gauge for $2. This dealer clearly wanted me to put more gasoline. I never had a problem with U-Haul, but this one was not worth it. I won't go back!

I drove the U-haul truck for approx 100 km, and filled gas of value $20 (approx 15 l), and he still charged me $15 extra for gas, saying that he is doing favor. Normally, he charges 25$ for that.

Instead of just apologizing as my Husband did for parking a bit too close, he began arguing with me on why I chose the self return option on the Uhaul app instead of going to him (which means, he wouldn’t have had to come outside and hit my car + leave a mark)

Viorel PI always rent my truck from a uhaul location however today was I was forced to go to a near by “satellite location” and it was nothing like my usual experience. The office was a convenience store and despite being thirsty was too “dirty” and “rundown” for me to purchase a beverage. My rental has candy wrappers and dust all over the cabin) the truck was in pour condition.

BOGDAN-GEORGE F1-i reserved the truck for 9:00am on June 8. Your reservation said that someone would call me on May 31 to confirm the details. Nobody did! 2- I received a call on June 7th at 4pm to say that the truck would be ready at 10am. I told the person that I reserved the truck for 900. His response was cold, uncaring and blunt: The store opens at 10. Your website should be up to date with the real store hours and should not let me reserve for a time that the store is not open. 3- If you had called on May 31, when your website said you were going to call, then at least I could have forewarned the moving help that I also reserved through your site, to be there at 1000 and not 900. #2, above, cost me $150 in lost wasted moving dollars, and 2 man-hours in wasted moving time. 4- Your truck has an oil leak. It leaked oil all over my paver-stones while it was parked for loading 5- The store: a convenience store, really should make itself more obviously. A- The address is 4701-D, not just 4701. This would make it much easier to find. B- the “UHAUL” sign really should be more evident. There is an awning at this strop mall. Without the exact address being updated, at least “UHAUL should be lit up, or bigger, or lower down in the window, so that the awning is not blocking your view to the sign. I wasted another 10 minutes looking for the location, as well as trying to call the number listed for the site. Not impressed at all

Vishal NThe guy was nice but the fuel gauge check seems very subjective. I filled it back to where it was as he said i was still short some and charged me $20 extra. The trucks need more information about the fuel, either give me a full tank so i can just too off, or tell me how big the tank is. I'm not going to overfill so you get more fuel out of it, especially after the poor service from the pickup.

When I received truck, the guy didn’t check mileage with me, Therefore I told myself it is better to take a picture to avoid wrong mileage calculation since he really charge mileage expensive. Once I am back to return the truck, his system records is not same as my picture. I explained to him but he ignored my any explanation. Even I showed him the picture timestamp which shows the morning when I received the truck.

Farshad FPerson is kind of demanding for things. He mentioned if blankets not folded back and put in back again there was extra charge. Never been told this in any other location. Equipment is definitely not really maintained by location, persons warms if not clean at come back there is a 25$ penalty. Truck handbrake release gets stuck.
