Very poorly organized. I was told I had a 10 foot truck and no problem bringing over the boarder. Reconfirming two days before. Then day before telling me no 10 footer available and couldn’t take it over the boarder while I have movers in both cities lined up. Terrible!!!

Was moved several times before coming to a location that actually had what we reserved a month ago. The lady working there was nice and formal but the truck had seen better days PLUS the back door was frozen shut! we had to literally blow dry and jimmy the sides to get it open, it was 2 degrees outside so my guess is that it just hasn't been open in a super long time.

Do not recommend the dealer, did not know how to fill out the documents, took over an hour and was given papers in another persons name. They did not help in connecting the trailer to the truck, the trailer was full of snow not clean off and had to connect the trailer with no gloves and the dealer would not even offer any. My recommendation is that you remove them from your group. I intend to put a bad review on Facebook and tweeter

Bien que j’ai payé pour 24h, il me met de la pression pour que je restitue le vehicule au bout de quelques heures seulement. Bien que le véhicule n’est pas réservé déjà. C’est stressant d’avoir affaire avec ce monsieur.

Camion très sale. Niveau d’essence au minimum alors que la personne disait qu’il y en avait 1/3. Heureusement, une fois dans le camion, j’ai Vérifié et j’ai Pu le faire constater... Service long et peu souriant.

la remorque fermée,Odeur de fumier,ok pour transporter de la ferraille. J'aurais aimé avoir une remorque ouverte. Il n.y en a pas de disponible...plus légère, moins couteuse...j'ai abimé mon support de remorque

This location is a convience store so there was 1 person serving the clients walking in and the same person doing the Uhaul transaction. I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get my vehicule. And he didnt he come out to inspect it with me ..He scibbled on the paper how the gas tank was and off i went ..Truck was dirty. Ive had better Uhaul experiences.

the place was far away from where I had done my reservation, they did not have any trolly (I booked 2) and they did not provide me any furtniture pad, I booked 10. the truck

It would have been nice if they hadn't cancelled the reservation I had taken the time to do only before getting there, just to remake a new one exactly the same while I was there, which took 30 minutes and defeated the point of having everything done beforehand...

The truck battery was discharged, then I could not complete the moving stuffs to bring back the truck on time and then the system charged me 2 days for around 7 miles running during a quiet period for rental trucks.

It took forever to get the truck, and upon drop off I wasted thirty minutes talking to the clerk about fees that he charged me. He finally waived the fees, but the person at this location was completely clueless.

Since location for pick up changed less than 24h before the date of the pick up, I wanted to understand. I have waited about 1 hour on the phone and when i finally talked to somebody, he couldnt help me and told me to call the next morning so I did. The women who took my call told me that It was my problem that the location had changed and was making fun of me. Finally i went for a 14k run so i could pick the truck, with a broken beer bottle in the back.

Il n'y avait qu'une dame dans le dépanneur qui ne parlait qu'à peine quelques mots français. Elle était bien gentille, mais faisait passer les gens désirant acheter des cigarettes, alcool et tabac avant moi. Je vous laisse comprendre que cliquer next sur le logiciel, passer 8 clients, me demander mon permis de conduire, passer 8 clients, cliquer next, etc Au bout de 45 minutes j'ai pu quitter avec une remorque pleine de terre pour aller transporter des meubles. Je ne retournerais jamais là.

Une meilleure communication en francais de la part des employés du depanneur. J'ai du attendre 35 minutes car elle ne savait pas comment remplir le formulaire, ne trouvait pas les couvertures etc. Par contre, le retour du camion au meme endroit fut plus facile. ( autre employé)

Proprio et employés prennent le temps d'expliquer le contrat. S'informe au retour si tout s'est bien passé.

Personne en charge très gentille mais peu efficace...Le camion était propre mais nous avons du pelleter durant 1h30 pour le déloger du banc de neige ou plutôt de glace. Nous étant moi et mon conjoint... nous attendons toujours un l'appel de la présidence pour dédommagement.

Premièrement, j'etais chargé pour deux jours (103$) quand je réellement pris la remorque et fait le retour le même jour. Deuxièmement, la personne qui m'a servi n'a pas aidé du tout à attacher ni détacher la remorque, il n'a même aller à l'extérieur pour vérifier que tout était ok. Il m'a juste donné un papier, puis je devais prendre soin de tout le reste moi-même, ce qui était très frustrant parce qu'il était une remorque de 12 pieds et le déplacer a la main était très difficile.

Les représentants de cet établissement avaient beaucoup de difficultés a parler français et anglais. Cela a pris plus d'une heure pour préparer les papiers et la facture m'a été remise sur du papier déjà utilisé à l'endos. Le manque de professionnalisme de cet établissement donne une mauvaise représentation de u-haul.

C'est un dépanneur. La personne au comptoir n'était pas au courant de la procédure à suivre, et n'a pas posé les bonnes questions. La boire orange n'était pas clairement visible. La place ressemble à un taudis. L'expérience n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que je m'attendais. La prochaine fois, je ferai un détour au lieu de porter le camion à cet endroit.

The place dint know how to get my reservation in the computer. The equipment i ask in my reservation wasent avilable. They have charge me insurance wich i dindt ask for and they tell me that its obligatory but when i did the reservation on the internet i dint took it

I wasted 45 min waiting to pick up the trailer cause the person in charge of the store had no clue what to do in your website, i had a reservation number but he had no clue what to do, I left with no paper work and the same thing when i came back to drop it off.... and to top it off i was charged an insurance charge of 20$ which i did not ask for and will not pay it....

Ne parle quasiment pas français. Nous ont transmis de fausses informations. Nous ont mis de côté le temps de servir les clients du depanneurs. Ont facture sur la carte de credit plus que suppose. Ne jamais utiliser ce point de service!

the pick up location was switched twice from Cremazie. first to Laval, and then 5 minutes before i took the metro to Laval, i got a call saying the pick up location was in Riviere des Prairies. i had to take a 30 dollar taxi to a dirty depanneur in the middle of an industrial district. the appliance dolly i ordered was not in the truck and i had to drive to Cremazie to pick it up. i should be reimbursed for my Taxi ride to the pick up location

The proprietor needs training in completing the rental agreement. It took over an hour to get a printed contract for a simple trailer rental. I felt bad for him as u haul support could not effectively communicate the necessary instructions.

I booked my truck back in January to be picked up at Garland Crossing to only learn that the truck wasnt booked and there was no truck available for me. I was then told to go to other location to pick one up which was fine but really threw a monkey wrench into the move. I had elevators booked etc and I was late arriving to move because I had to pick up the truck at another location. Thankfully the people at the Newport location were fanastic to deal unlike the ones at Garland Crossing. Just lets say I will never deal with your company again nor will I recommend to any one to deal with you again. Get your act together!

Find the correct trailer for the vehicle and set it up properly. The car was placed on the wrong kind of trailer and upon arriving in Ottawa we were told that we were incredibly lucky it didn't come flying off. It was held on by one strap on one tire by the time we got to Ottawa.

The Windsor office in Windsor N.S. was where I originally had my booking and at the last minute with no warning they did not have a truck for me as well as no replacement. I am however very pleased with the service that I received from an agent by the name Jen from the Uhaul main office for nova scotia and as well the people at Brooklynn NS depot where VERY helpfull.

I was not asked or informed that I would need to pay $14.00 in Safetow coverage. I ended up being billed for it without my knowledge of the charge. Why?
