-Les lieux ou prendre les locations (distributeurs) pas très fiables -Personne m,a téléphoné le jour précédent pour me confirmer ou devais-je prendre l,équipement - Un dépanneur ne devrait pas être le lieu ou prendre le camion!!

Place has no front sign, is dirty and cluttered, attendant only speaks English (this is in French-speaking Gatineau after all). This place does nothing good for U-Haul's reputation.

The employee did not explain properly why there was an extra charge for the mileage. We had to ask many questions to find out and he didn’t seem to know what to do next.

Terrible pick up location. Place is extremely run down and filled with junk and is dirty. Took forever to check in. No uploaded photos of the damage inspection. Unit was packed into a snow bank. Was tricky hooking it up.

When we enter all our info online, ensure the clerk doesnt have to re-enter it all from scratch at the counter. Seems that every time I make an online reservation, it’s a start over once at the counter. (Credit card #, Driver license #, towing car info, etc, etc)

Je me suis rendu à l'endroit indiqué pour rendre mon camion à Gatineau et ait été re-dirigé à plusieurs reprises dans plusieurs établissements avant de pouvoir rendre le camion.

Shouldn’t charge double if the truck is late a bit

It was the worst moving experience and I have moved often. The truck was dirty The self serve Application did not work on a recent iPhone. The self serve Application took 45 minutes to work. The key was not in the truck and the employee at the gas station had lost the key took 10 minutes to find it At return the employees had the wrong information from my contract and had to make changes I did not get information on how much gas to put and fueled too much

Again due to the inadequacy of the tires for the climate in which the rental period and travel occurred, resulted in lost time for which I was not compensated. Given my late departure from the pick up location due to elements in U-Haul's control NOT mine and the lousy tires causing the truck to become stuck in an environment where other vehicles with proper winter ready tires had no issues, I ended up being about 45-50 minutes beyond the 48 hour rental period and I was promptly charged by U-Haul for an extra days rental, and insurance ! Absolute non-sense! In addition the truck was not scheduled for another rental period be it local or one-way by anyone else on the return date according to the U-Haul rental agent. Completely unacceptable! What does U-Haul propose to do to remedy this ?? Considering that between Feb 1 2018 and today I've rented U-Hauls on three occasions...

Le commis ne parlais pas français et son établissement n'étais pas salubre et je n'ai pas reçu les couverture que j'avais commandé la prochaine fois je vais faire affaire avec un autre que u-haul
