Did not give all the info necessary. Mostly for drop off. Didn't know it was due at 9am. Just thought it was before location closed. Didn't know I could drop it off after hours. Had to pay for extra day due to this. It needs to be on texts /emails!! You cannot rely on each employee at each store. Esp when you email/text info anyway.ANNA C.

The website said an appliance dolly was available to rent and when we got there, there was no dolly. Also, I was sent pictures to check the condition of the trailer when we picked it up to compare to when we were finished, and the pictures weren't even of the same trailer.Angie H.

You need to get another dealer, this guy is useless. Walked out when I went back to get the car hauler and load the car. Had to hook it up myself and load the car and tie it down. Fortunately I've done this before so I was gone before he ever came back. He also does not know how to use a computer, has to call somebody in Casper to walk him through it. Did not give me a dealer in Las cruces to return the equipment, so it was a hassle turning it in. He also does not seem to remember his customer even though I was in there a half dozen times including the day before. Avoid this place.Michael H.

I rented a truck and was told that there my be a short drive to pick up the truck. I was first informed the nearest truck was 150 miles away. Although not ideal, I accepted the situation. However, the business that was 150 miles away contacted me and said I could not have the truck I was promised as he had rented it out prior to my reservation. I then called customer service who told me there was no truck for me to rent within 200 miles. I was offered no advice or alternative. I had to request that they expand the search after asking for options several times. They finally found a truck at the above location with was 270 miles away. Since I apparently had no other options I took the truck, which was a tremendous inconvenience. The gentleman at the U-haul site was very kind and pleasant, so I have no complaints with him. He informed me that I would be given extra miles and time at no charge, which was very nice, but I was also told by the state office that I would get a $50 discount which did not happen. Furthermore, I had to spend my own money to travel the 520 miles. It's my belief that there should be some reimbursement to cover that cost. So to summarize, Dents Auto was great, but the overall experience getting a truck was not good.Sean S.

The trailer pulled fine, however, the door would not open all the way and the license plate registration was out of date. I rented the trailer in August. The registration had expired in January.Kenneth S.

Dent's auto was extremely helpful, but the online reservation of ordering the Uhaul was quite subpar. First, the pick up location that I picked out wasnt the one that received my reservation. Dents auto was very courteous in helping figure out the situation. I ordered an appliance dollie, but nobody in town had one available to use. This left quite a situation, as we were moving a heavy washer and dryer. John Dent was great in sorting out this mess, and I will be going straight to him instead of dealing with the mess that was the online Uhaul experience.Jalene L.

John Dent is an amazing U-Haul dealer. There was no truck in our area for us, He located one 125 mile away & dropped what he was doing to transfer the truck to his location for us to be able to stay on our schedule to move. This is the 3rd truck we have rented in the past 2 months 2 from John & 1 from Idaho Falls, Our experience with John was 100% more pleasant than ID. I would highly recommend him for anyone that needs anything from U-Haul.Dian S.
