Personel was very helpful and very kind, we were running late to pick up the uhaul and it was after uhaul hours but he stayed open just long enough for us to get paperwork done and such. Very helpful.

Have some gas in the truck and for the cab to be cleaned (very dirty). The trucks should be equipped with cruse control!!!

Very nice people at this location. Highly revoked them if you need any uhaul equipment.

I scheduled a 7:30 am pick up on a Saturday morning. U-Haul called me the day before the pick up to ensure that I was going to be there at 7:30 am, which I said yes. The following day I get to the U-Haul/NAPA store and the person at the counter says the individual that handles the U-Haul will not be in until 8 am. That individual arrives at 8 am, and then takes him about 15 minutes to get the computer fired up. By the time he gets everything filled out and shows me the total I realize he added insurance to the truck, which I told him I did not want. He then shrugs his shoulder stating he has to refill the form out. After removing the insurance and finalizing the total cost he hands me the keys to the truck. As we head out the door the individual went to grab the utility dolly that I requested and promised to me. After that individual searches every truck he realizes he does not have the utility dolly on hand. We then go back into his clustered office where he searches for the traffic number, because he doesn't know how to change the contract. After speaking with traffic he was able to cancel the old and create a new contract. He did have a KO dolly on hand, which cost a couple dollars extra. After an hour and half dealing with this individual I was finally on my way. The individual was extremely frustrated and rude the entire time. He never said sorry for the inconvenience. I've never dealt with anything like this before.

location should have a key drop of some kind. Had to back the truck up to the building to prevent theft of dollys(2) inside cargo area. Still had to leave the truck keys in the truck cab to "officially" turn the truck in there. Location site was closed, no 24 hr. contact info available for U-Haul there, poorly illuminated area behind Napa store to park truck.

My reservations were for a 26' truck that was not there when requested. Was given a 15' truck and an additional day and additional mileage. Although all the employees were very helpful through the process I doubt I would use Uhaul again just because of the issue with not getting the truck I reserved. It's the definition of a reservation.....

This was my first time using U-Haul. I broke down on side of the road at 9pm on Saturday. I tried calling U-Haul road side assistance. I finally gave up after being on held for two hours. I even tried the email contact twice. I had to call a family to drive an hour one way to pick me up and leave the U-Haul truck on side of the road with it loaded. The next morning I finally receive a call from U-Haul ride side help. My experience sucked here, will probably never go back. I WANT SOME MONEY BACK!!!!
