The location is not safe or suitable. They have a fire pit inside their office fueled by a propane tank (makeshift). The guy at the front desk doesn't speak English well. Overall it is prolonged. They provided no receipts and were not helpful.

The place was closed and I got the truck an hour after promised. I asked for a truck with a loading ramp and didn’t get one.

the owner was extremely rude. the number to call leads tonl the owner of the auto body shop. apparently that's not the person running the business for uhaul. every employee said they had nothing to do w uhaul. the lockbox did not have the keys. the employees said they didn't have the keys to the Dropbox. after about 45 minutes the keys appeared amd she said just start trying keys to see which one belongs to the truck. I was supposed to get a dolly which was not there. I would NEVER use this again. I spoke w 3/4 uhaul employees who ended up not being very helpful until I did find one who was extremely helpful. overall a horrendous experience for the price you are charging

The rental approval process took over 45 minutes. Unacceptable.

I needed a van last minute and the site came through for me. The U Haul phone app SUCKS and does not help you check out a vehicle. I could not even look up my order! Had to do it with a browser. It is awful! But this UHaul site saved the day!

People were friendly but there was insufficient parking. When informed the day before pick up that I’d need to go to Norwalk (I made reservation in Danbury), I asked if I could park my car there overnight b/c I was renting truck one way to another state 3 hours away. I had to return to Danbury and have my son in NY schlep me back. Truck was blocked by another and manager out on errand, so waited another 20-30 minutes for her return to move blocking vehicle. Started loading truck at 2pm and ran out of daylight before job was done. Frustrated!!!

When I was picking up the van I asked for help and all he said was call uhaul and walked away. Then would not acknowledge me again. Thanks the help center they were able to reset the email and allow me to access the code to get the truck. Get cruise control in the vans for cross country drive. It sucked not having it.

Mike at DeJesus Auto was great, but U-Haul mobile pickup is absolutely awful and I would not use it again if there was any remotely reasonable substitute. Thanks Mike for fixing the mess U-Haul created for me!
