The needle got stuck for the fuel reading and caused me to put in $20 too much. I left a note but did not get price adjusted accordingly. This is not right.

Took a long time to get prices on 10' & 15' trucks. They were not sure of the total pricing.

I rented a tow dolly , the right side turn/ brake did not work , and one of the tire hold down straps was torn almost all the way across .I was pressed for time so I had to take what was available ,but I was nervous the whole trip because of the condition of the tow dolly .

Your man in Decatur was lazy, the original 5x8 he gave me to take home after putting his cheap little tester on, he told me the right side blinker wasn’t working and that my plug on the truck was faulty, I finally told him that I’ll risk the 1600 mile trip without right side blinkers. So I got home and discovered that I didn’t have left, right, or anything!! So I got my new field piece multi meter out and discovered I was getting go juice on my end from the truck. I was livid as obviously the fat lazy man at U-Haul was lying to me all along, not only about all the lights not working, but also about what his cinch little tester was telling him. After telling I’ll just go have a new plug installed on my truck that’s when he decided to hook up a different 5x8 entirely, which I wanted to do the day before. Guess what miraculously all the lights were working on the new and different 5x8!! So he was willing to let me take a trailer 1600 miles without lights all because he was to lazy or wanted to pawn off the bad trailer to the Rome store where I returned it. At the Rome store, the female manager who checked the trailer I brought back, was professional, pleasant, and obviously a working manager, as she had some grease on her overalls from working on stuff. Probably having to repair stuff that lazy, fat old southern men didn’t fix when they let customers take it to begin the trips to her store! The Rome NY manager was excellent and so was the appearance of her store!!

Drop-off was very different from pickup. The gentleman running the store here had already pulled my paperwork before I walked in. I asked him how he knew and he told me that he looks at the truck numbers to be prepared. He was extremely nice and efficient. I was in and out and on my way in very little time. After the experience at pick up I was very glad for this efficient service and drop off.
