Arrived to pick up trailer and it was completely covered in hard pack snow. Snow was plowed covering the trailer hitch and frozen into the ground. I was given a shovel to dig it out myself. Finally I had to go get someone from the site to pull it out. Once they pulled it out they left without helping me hook it up and clean it off. I have pictures to prove it. Very disgusted. Almost an hour after I arrive I finally get the trailer connected. Not impressed with UHaul !!!!!Rick C.

Equipment lights were non functional when picked up. We were told to take it and get it fixed ourselves at a garage unless we wanted to drive an extra hour to get another trailer. Luckily uhaul rep arrange for someone local to fix it. I had to check myself in on the garage's computer at the pickup location as those working there couldn't figure out how to use the uhaul check in website.Lea B.

The truck was located 228km return from where I lived. No paper work inspection. Equipment I paid for not on truck. Told truck had half tank of gas it was on empty. I had to pay $169.00 for the rental as well as for private vehicle and 2 hours to get the truck. Disappointed.Brenda G.

Please note that this drop off location is not in Summerford! uHaul - you need to update the location. Also, accurate billing was not completed as I was billed incorrectly for 4/8ths of a tank and had to call multiple times to get the credit applied.Justin H.

The battery light was on . The person who gave us the truck said he was not sure if it was working properly. The paper work was not completed when he gave us the truck. I had to add oil as the oil light came on during the trip. Also I was a 26 ft truck to replace a 17 ft truck. I was told this would matter as to the differance in size, but it did cost me another $70 to get it on the boat. Other than this , the trip was okay.AUBRY B.
they did their best to provide us with a trailer but we ended up having to pay very high rates for a one way rental from Abbotsford. Not a good experience. Our home is in Princeton.SUE A.

Trailer behaved well. As I discovered, winter brings it own challenges. Undoing the frozen knotted tie down webbing was entertaining, but that was a result of the previous renter.AL S.

When we got there they were smoking inside the office. We specifically asked about the tires on the truck and we were told they were OK to get us where we were going. They were not, the tires were bald and we nearly had an accident because of it. We had to travel through a snowy highway pass to get to our destination.DARREN C.

Was told business hours Sat 8-5pm was closed when we dropped off at 2:30pm, meet by watchman. Then was billed for extra day, when we were well in our 2 day time frame. took 3 hours to resolve this bill on Monday, with 3 long distance phone calls. Not happyJOHN B.

When I got the receipt for the rental it was nil/0 what I needed was a itemized statement for services and total cost of rental for tax reasons maybe you should look at a system that includes the total cost as well it doesnt cost anymore and would be helpfull to the customer since the first contract that has that info has to be surrendered at the end of the rentalAMALE S.
