The location would not take the truck I tried to return! Terrible customer service it took my 2 hours to return the truck to a different location.

It wasn't the location. Dealing with UHaul through the phone was a disaster. Complete fail. Call someone else. Anybody else.

The check-in process took 45 minutes and I was told it was because I was late checking in but I was late due to the system not working (another customer was also having trouble at the same time). Also, the on call person was very helpful with the check-in although I wish she could have just checked me in earlier instead of wasting so much time. Overall, I won't be using this type of uhaul. Only, the actual store.

I have made a complaint with UHaul customer service concerning the poor service at this location. None of the moving supplies were provided and the person that I had to deal with over the phone on the issue was not very accommodating or helpful.

The lady at check in had no idea as to what was going on. We had to ask for proof of drop off. There were homeless bums hanging around the front door begging for hand outs. This location is without a doubt not up to U-Haul standards.

Thrust was my worst pick up experience with UHaul ever. I arrived on time, completed the mobile check in process, and was having issues opening the lock box with the key. The gas station attendant was difficult, not helpful and after arguing with her back and forth, realized that she had the key the entire time but was not willing to actually test to see if the key she had was the correct one for the truck. Finally, the point of contact who managed U-Haul relationship with the station actually got the attendant to cooperate in the end. By then, an hour has passed and I also realized once we open the truck door that the dollys that I ordered were not in the truck. I called the point of contact for the U-Haul location and she said she would remove the dollys but I never received a confirmation. I called your company's 1800 number and was able to get a note out in my order for drop off to make sure I would not be charged. However, I still have not received a confirmation of a refund for those items on my card, and when exactly that will take place.

Unexpected fees. The specific vehicle I rented wasn't available. Paid for a gas option that didn't show up anywhere on my order so I had to pay for gas there. Will not be using u-haul again.

The desire to be digital outweighs logistical ability apparently. While the app/self check in is impressive in concept, in application, we were greatly overcharged because incorrect mileage was entered in the system not allowing us to enter our distance travelled.

vehicles should be clean an in good condition. it took over 20 minutes from arrival to validate reservation. it should take no longer than 5 minutes to get the key and drive away especially when documentation is provided in advance. the app crashed multiple times during the process as well.

This is not the location I originally selected They don't have a clear uhaul counter or moving supplies. Checkout was over the clerks iPhone which re-asked many of the questions I already completed on your website. Then the app hung. Not a great experience.

The equipment I ordered was not in the truck. The location of the lock box was difficult to locate. The truck was parked in a very difficult position to get it out of.

My reservation was for a different location and it got moved to this one. It took quite a while to actually get the keys! The tires were low on air and brakes needed servicing. I never received an invoice! This was an unprofessional provider. Very disappointed.

I was charged nearly double for my service since those processing my information did not speak English. I filed a complaint and was denied although it was clearly the lack of training that caused the issue.
