He was aggravated b/c he had to unload a bunch of the UHaul blanket out of the trailer.

i rent from our local area because i also have a furniture store in Madisonville to support our local business owners. This out fit was totally unprofessional and rude to me as a customer and not very knowledgeable of the rules that uhaul exhibits as this is by far the worst experience that i've had ever so i will be going back to the other uhaul location i normally go where they at very personable and knowledgeable of the uhaul organization out on the feeder road off highway 45 in madisonville the May street facility sucks very bad now i see why they try to insert uhaul in there lumber yard business but it won't help because they have bad customer service.

Trailer light plug was damaged and repaired too short. Only solution offered was to go buy my own extension. Wheel straps did not work well on the vehicle being towed.

I was sent to another location, waited an hour, and then was sent to Dean's Lumber to complete my transaction, even though UHaul called me 48 hours before and told me not to go to Dean's Lumber. Deans did help me solve the issue, but I lost 2 hours this morning trying to complete my pickup.
