camera did not work on back gear, was a stain coffee on the floor , and the gay who works at night was so rude to me. Did never happened before . I know the manager from previous days , very good person... he always cares , he is so helpful and nice but this guy at night is rude and disrespectful to the clients so far I saw . Thanks to the person who works outside I was able to rent the truck. Thanks to him ! Besides that " night guy" the best place ever I rent the car, for sure.

The attendant at the station does not know the uhaul app very well. Was insistent on running the paperwork himself. I was approved to take the vehicle from the uhaul app, but it did not show up on his end. He wouldn’t let me drive off with the truck until I called uhaul to confirm with him. Not an issue as the attendant has been there for 20 years and was doing his job. Very set in his ways.

Atrocious customer service. They wouldn’t honor reservation for van so I had to rent 10’ truck. After driving 12 miles, I returned the truck and got charged for driving ~400 miles even after confirming the actual mileage with the store before leaving. I have called multiple times about this and no action has been taken (it’s been a month and still nothing...)

You could train "Darien" or "Daren" on how to speak professionally to customers. Perhaps record the information given to your customer service reps accurately and try NOT using aggressive and seemingly threatening measures to accomplish your goal of retrieving your "equipment" and never use a customers billing & banking information as a weapon against him or her!.

I lived In Paterson, my original location for pick up was Grand St in Paterson HOWEVER because the person who was supposed to drop off the truck decided to drop off in NY, my location pick up location was changed 3 times. Dealing with Uhaul has been a headache an will NOT recommend it to anyone!

I reserved online, got there a bit late, but there was still a 10 foot truck waiting for me. The guys there were really helpful in assisting me through the online check-in (signal can get a bit spotty there). Truck was in great condition. Storage area was clean. I will come back again.

The location did not have my vehicle ready for me at time of pu also was told would not a veh then call corporate and was given a veg in less then five mins. Spoke to field supervisor Walt great help got me on the road ASAP thank you.

Super easy to check in and get my vehicle. They answered my questions and explained the process really well to me. I would recommend to others and use them again in the future.

I was initially supposed to pick up my truck from a different location at 315 Coles street in jersey city and they were not even there . No notice was left on there whereabouts. I then found the location on Marin Blvd where I had picked up the truck. Upon drop off the attendant did not seem straight forward and seemed that he was trying to move around numbers with how much gas I needed to put in the truck and how much I owed. Also the truck was missing a knob on the driver side window.
