This site was a little small but well-maintained. The gentleman in charge knew his business. He helped me out with some of my little problems with my pigtail.

Your website/communications. Locations? Request pine Island Your at pine Island (pi), no your at Handcock. There is no Handcock location. And Then! Your at Handcock. Very good 5 star, great people! YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU NEED TO APPEAR FUNCTIONAL.

No help what so ever. I was very unsure of the drop off. The associate was rude...arrogant and not helpful and didnt seem to care if he helped me or not ..and made me seem like I was bothering him. Wouldnt even get off his but to assist me. This place does not deserve uhauls... business or mine.

Chuck was really great and worked extremely fast to get customers helped from the second the store opened.

Need help at the front desk. Had an appointment for pick up and had to wait for 1/2 hour in line. Only one person to run the operation inside and outside? Looked like a junk yard. Truck: 10' GMC van tire pressure system faulty. Lost time on the road to check out only to find the tire was not going flat!

The guys over here at the U-Haul went above and beyond for us we greatly appreciate them I was running an hour behind, the gentleman Tom stayed beyond his opening hours and waited for me to get there to rent my truck, that's excellent customer services, he didn't have to do that, thank you again Tom

The truck window was dirty, this was not the place that I had originally requested, was out of the way by about 5 miles, of course I was charged for the additional 10 miles that I needed to drive to get to this location and back.

was only location willing to accept.... after trying 3 locations via instructions.? not pleased. > location off street / needs noted / closed early than listed / unclear parking with random vehicles everywhere

This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I came to the location and went to the truck verified everything was fine as the instructions told me to do. Next it asked me to get the key from the desk I went there and the door was locked I knocked on the door and the a person opened and said he didn't have a key go to the lock box and get it there. The app and the guy did not tell me a code so he told me to call U-Haul customer service. The hold time was over an hour so I attempted to use the live chat. All the live chat told me to do was call another number with the same hold time. I then went back to the guy and said I don't work here call the number on top of the door and talk to him. I called the number twice and left messages and no one answered. I then proceeded to use live chat again and asked them to move the reservation or cancel it so I can do it again at another location. The live chat was no help and told me to go and call another number once again with 1 hour hold time. After that I had to leave due to my timeframe so I said screw it and went to a corporate location and rented one there. That location was smooth sailing, but the Hancock location completely ruined U-Haul Image for me and my friends. The worst thing of everything is that U-Haul still charged me even though I was never given the key to the truck.

The location I reserved online was not available and was sent to the next closest location, at which they told me the online process did not work and they would have to redo it in the computer, causing me to lose 30 minutes. Then when checking the unit back in they mis entered the mileage and charged me for 100 miles more than what I actually used, and although they corrected it, it's been three days and have yet to get my money back.

The only issues where we thought the truck had a ramp it did not. Had to pick up a piano because of that. Also the truck smelt like cigarettes terrible. I am allergic to cigarettes so I was miserable. But location and truck where fine.
