TERRIBLE!!!! The store is dirty and discussing... cats running all over the place... stunk bad. Representative was not friendly... rude and not helpful. Made me GO GET GAS then charged me for gas... missing items. 50+$ . I will disput this charge.. NEVER US THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN... SHUT IT DOWN.... HE COMPLAINED WHERE I PARKED THE TRUCK... When I called to confirm the day of the pickup I was told by the owner that I should "hustle up or I can't help you". I showed up 5 minutes before my pick-up time, and I got the truck without any major problems, but the customer service was just disappointing. I'm not asking for Uhaul locations to kiss my feet and worship me as a god when I walk in, but not being a crotchety dick would be a great place to start.

The mobile pick up did not work for me. None of the screens were loading even though all my other apps on my phone worked perfectly and I had to ask the person working inside for help to create another reservation. Since I was late I had to pay the movers to stay later. The app does not work for mobile pick up and cost me $100. I would never recommend to anyone. The man working inside the office was good to me and made sure I got what I needed.

The man running the place was a mess! I just wanted to pick up a truck and get on my way but I knew this guy's whole life story and drama by the time I left. I needed to change the drop off date and he claimed he couldn't help me with that and that I needed to call the drop off place to arrange.

The guy that helped me treated me like a child, was uncooperative when I was asking him questions as if I should've already knew everything about a uhaul experience. After I was done I had no clue what to do, so I turned off the truck and left the keys in the box. I get home and THEN I get a text giving me the instructions on how to return the vehicle. I had to drive back, FISH THE KEYS OUT OF THE BOX and then finish the return process. One of the worst experiences I have had with a business and employment. The dude treated me like a child. When I was coming into get a car he started helping me and talking down to me. Another customer comes in and he started talking to him for FIFTEEN MINUTES before he finishes setting up my stuff. It was actually ridiculous.

I recieved a call/messaged from LoLo at DD HEavy Towing around 9am the following morning. His message seemed a bit condescending and wasn't the type of professionalism one would expect from a uHAUL employee/contractor etc. He basically said hurry up get your keys back here or i'm chargin you another day.... Ok not the best customer service, but ok no big deal there really. What happened next I couldn't believe. I called him back. He asks me (condescendingly) Are you going to bring those keys back, I can't check your truck until without the keys.) I then began what I though would be a funny story to explain why I couldn't drop the keys off the night before. I said " ya funny story there, you would believe the troube I've been having this time around, and what kind of mickey mouse app is in operation here..." Berfore I could even finish my story he yells....YELLS through the phones,,, I could see the veins on his forehead he yelled so loudly...." Listen you MOTHER FUCKER" after that the rest of what he said may as well been in russian. I couldn't believe it. He did mention that he was going to charge me another day right then and there and that i was a dumb mother fucker for wasting his time bla bla bla... I have used UHAUL for all kinds of things for 30 years plus. I swear to GOD after this experience, this will be the last time. it seems that over the years UHAUL has lost touch with customer service and hiring accountable , respectful, honest, clean educated individuals that frankly, don't dress, speak and smell like a drunk on streets. I will make sure that none of my emplyees, family of doctors, friends and neighbors never rent from here again, as I have found this last experience to be over the top and I would never want any one that I care about to go through this process. I started reading this DD Heavy Towing review in regards to UHAUL.... my question is UHAUL.... WHY do you still contract with this person? READ the reviews.. they are awful, terrible, This man does not belong in this position. For the last few year as I have used Uhal the service has been GOING DOWN. This lasts experience will be my last and everyone else's in my circle. Please if you reallly care about customer service, these two idiots that I had to deal with.... well They need to be educated, and corrected/or fired. They cost you ALOT of future business.

The owner was rude. No customer service. He charged me safe drive coverage without asking me and said i should have read the contract. I rarely get save drive coverage, especially not for local 10 miles rental. You can check my previous rentals and see that i almost never get coverage. Also i returned the vehicle the next day but he charged me for two days and said it's not his problem. He gets upset when you rent the truck locally instead of renting long distance. He said that is how he makes his money. He's very rude. I will not be renting from him Ever again.

The uhaul reservation system is very frustrating. I called a different location and had reserved a smaller truck. Uhaul reservation system changed my reservation to this location with a much larger truck. They charged me the price of the smaller truck, but this location was further away and I didn't need that large of a truck. At the previous location, the uhaul truck price was for 24 hours, DD Auto said I had to return the truck in 6 hours. I also had to park on the street, and haul my moving boxes and hand truck back into the yard to get it into the rental truck. There was not room to park the moving truck on the street because it was 26' long!

The guy that runs this place is an asshole. The location is dirty and if you read his other Google reviews he should not have a Uhaul location. Worst customer service from any business I have ever used. Not sure why you continue to use this clown when there are other Uhaul locations in the Cache Valley. Reported him to Uhaul. Filing a BBB complaint against Uhaul for continuing to use him and ignoring all the customer complaints against him.

This is the second time I've rented from this location. The fellow that runs the place is rather off-putting. No matter what you say, he is always looking to try and make you look incorrect or stupid. On the bright side, he did process my return appropriately, even though it was supposed to be through the app, which did not work when picking up the vehicle.

I paid 100.00 for 6 hours, put gas in the Uhaul and had it at half a tank, and was charged an extra 17.00. Absolutely ridiculous for that price to only have a Uhaul for 6 hours! And what exactly was the 17.00 for?

The person in the office stated, "I'm working, what do you need?" He never turned to see me. He stated where to leave the trailer, which I had already guessed it was the spot (the only open spot in the lot). I asked him if there was any paperwork to sign, and he said no. I replied with the question of, "Am I good to go then?". He said "Yeah". I left. Functional, yes. Dirty, yes. Did I wash my hands after leaving? Definitely. :-)

Was disappointed to learn that the time clock on my rental started at the time I'd scheduled to pick up the truck even though it took close to 45 minutes to do the paperwork. The guy working was SUPER SLOW (lots of talking (friendly) and pecking on the keyboard). I scheduled for 48 hrs because I needed the truck for 48 hours! Drop off was lots quicker but then the same worker wasn't nearly as friendly.

The guy didn't even look up at me from his computer monitor when I came in for like 5 minutes. When I asked for his help to unload he said he needed 40 cash immediately, meaning I would need to drive to an atm as I don't have cash and he wouldn't take a card and I had a time crunch. I osfferrd to give him cash when I came back later and he could hold my license until then. He acted put out so I just unloaded the car myself. Then I wanted to park my car for2 hrs in his lot while we unloaded the truck and he made me park out on the side of the busy highway because Uhaul doesn't allow any customer cars on the lot. It was just unfriendly

The owner needs to lose his license to be a u haul dealer. He was completly rude the whole time and a complete asshole. And he didnt tell me it was a in town rental. When I've never rented a truck before i told him i was moving to oklahoma and he called me 5 days later saying i need to bring the truck back to utah. The Property/Truck rentals manager was a very ignorant individual, would not answer questions or listen to concerns. Very unprofessional and absolutely has no customer service skills. Very condescending, I left that place with less respect for Uhaul and those Uhaul works with.

Was taken advantage of and charged for services I never agreed to. The Uhaul representative was rude and even boasted of charging other customers more than quoted because of how he said customers were stupid in not following directions. One thing I feel is Uhaul will not follow up with this along with others experiences, but I guess I will never use uhaul again because of it as well.

The Owner over this U-Haul building was very rude right from the start. Not helpful at all. He was very Misogynistic. I called in and my pickup time was at 8AM. I told him I was just down the road but I would be a few minutes late, he proceeded to tell me that my pickup time was 8 and I needed to be there then (Very rudely). Got there @8:02, walked in. He said he needed my ID, Phone, and a Card. Forgot my phone in my car and he scuffed at me and told me to go grab it. I gave him everything he needed and he was doing things on the computer and then he swiped my card. (I did not realize that he was using the card to pay for my bill, I thought he was matching my name on my ID to the card, like some other places do) I asked him if he was having me pay on that card and he said "Yes, you know you have to pay for this right?" I told him what I thought he was doing with my card and let him know I needed to use a different card because that one had no money on it. He then said, "Oh Yah! Sure! How about next time you hand me a card that works huh?" Paid for it, he handed me the keys and took me out to the truck. Went on to ask me if I had ever driven a big truck like this and I said, no but that I had driven a pickup before. He tells me to get in the drivers seat and starts Meticulously showing me details about the truck that Everyone Knows. Do I know my MPH? My RPM? Gas pedal? Break pedal? The answer is yes, yes I do. Kid you not I got a rundown for like 20+ minutes on everything that makes a vehicle run. It was very degrading. At this point I really should have just gave him back the keys and asked for a refund. Near the end I was going to be late for my drop-off time, so I called him to let him know to tell the other people who were picking up the truck. He made me feel so bad for it and basically said I needed to be on time. I'm not gonna go 120 MPH in a 18ft something truck. Dropped it off and he continued to be rude. Top 3 worst experiences with customer service. Will never go through U-Haul, probably ever again, and most definitely not this one. I think about it now and I realize if this Narcissist hadn't wasted my time in the beginning I would have made it on time. Ended up in total costing me 4 or 500 dollars for everything. Understandable there was a late fee but it should have never been That much. If you are a women. Do Not Go Here. PLEASE!

The guy running the place was very rude and was mad at me because I came close to his closing time, which is allowed on the site and the closing time was not shown, and because he didn't get his lunch break. He made me come the next morning when they opened, but no one was there for about 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. I would have gone to another location if there had been one available.

The guy that ran the place when we picked it up, was talkative and scattered. We were supposed to get our truck by 9:00 am, but he was way behind on other customers in front of us. We didn't actually sign for the truck until 10:30 which threw off our schedule and other people were waiting for us. Plus his office and surroundings were VERY dirty and cluttered. Extremely dirty. The truck was clean, but only 1/4 tank of gas in it.

The attendant/owner of the location was absolutely terrible, unhelpful, and unfriendly. He completely lacked any care toward providing quality customer service and treated customers as if we were incoveniencing him! The property had absolutely NO signage directing customers of where they could park a rental for return, or if the parking lot was full, where additional parking could be found. I followed online return directions and went to return the key to the designated box, and was then yelled out for putting the key in the box. I will NEVER use this location again.

Walked in to what looked like an abandoned body shop. Employee who then helped me made no eye contact. Either way, half the time he wouldn't even be able to see my face because he had his feet up on the desk. Upon return he I felt trying to avoid me. I had to follow him around and when I returned I asked him if I just gave him the keys or what he wanted me to do. He said, yea just give them to me or not I don't care. I like Uhaul but will definitely avoid this location at all cost!

I've never been to Logan and the address didn't clearly pop up on my Garmon, i drove over 12 hours to get there and this guy was such an asshole! We arrived to drop off the trailer a day early and near the end of their business day. There were other customers already being helped so while waiting they took a look at the trailer and showed us where to disconnect it. Then they said that we didn't have to wait and that they would ensure we got an email confirming delivery. An hour or so after business hours we got the confirmation email! Thank them for their help!
