Nobody was at the location. Eventually I was able to get through to UHaul to figure out how to get my truck. What should've been a 5-minute pick-up process ended up taking 45 minutes.Matt P.

The website is very difficult to use. It added things to my bill that I didn't order. Actually the website check in and check out was very unacceptable. The gentlemen who handled our rental and our return were both very nice. However, neither of them was the actual authorized person who processed the rental. They were acting for a hidden boss whom we never saw. When we returned the vehicle, the return was not processed for 36 hours. And it only happened then because we called UHaul's 800 number and got a district manager involved. DD Auto's phone message did not offer the chance to leave a message; "the mailbox was full," so we could not speak with them directly. Also, an error was made with that return. We were charged for fuel, when in fact we returned the vehicle with more gas than when we borrowed it.Jan K.
i RENTED A VAN FOR ONE DAY, 4 HOURS. I WAS TOLD TO PCIK UP THE KEYS ABOUT 5:45 (jUL 22, 21) THE DAY BEFORE, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 10 AM AND I NEEDED THE VAN BY 9 AM ON JUL 23, 2021 . I USED THIS VAN FROM 8:45 AM AND RETURNED IT ABOUT 12:00 ON JUL 23, 2021. BUT, I WAS BILLED FOR 2 DAYS PLUS INSURANCE WHICH I STATED THAT I HAVE MY OWN INSURANCE. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT THE EXTRA DAY THAT I DID NOT MOVE OR US THE VAN IN WAY, I JUST HAD THE KEYS FOR THE NEXT MORNING. I FEEL THIS WAS A RIP OFF TO EXTRA MONEY. I PAID $123.00 FOR 3 HRS RENTAL, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS I HAVE USED UHAUL FOR A YEAR OR MORE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS BEFORE. IT'S NOT MY FAULT THEY OPEN SHOP AT 10:00 AM, WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THEIR PROBLEM.Breston H.

This location should not be a U-Haul return location, period. Difficult to find, instructions for vehicle return were extremely unclear. Find another return location, even if it's farther than your target destination.Laura N.

Everything went smoothly If the customer does electronic signup before arriving, ouckup and dropoff are pretty easy. The turn from 26th onto Sisson can be tight if a trash truck is turning onto 26th. Look outMark E.

The area was very sketchy. The guy that brought the van out to me was covered in dirt and smelled less than good. Although I competed the check in online he made me wait 15 minutes while he called someone to see if i could take the van.DAISHA A.
