The truck leaked and ruined some of my household furniture and the exhaust on the truck was so loud, the occupants of the cab could not even hear each other talking. It was the worst uhaul truck I ever rented. I am seriously considering renting from another company to finish my move. I am really disappointed.

MICHAEL VJust a lot of mix up as to keys missing, truck location etc. Don't think it's their fault but whoever changed everything messed up. Glad we are not in need of another. Maybe we would recommend.

Beverly BThe staff at the Berkeley Springs location were great. The only issue was I made a reservation for a truck at the Hancock, MD location in April. I had a whole plan surrounding this location for pick up and many logistical things lined up with other people and their travel plans. Less than 24 hours before my pick up, U Haul called to let me know the pick up location was actually 12 miles away in Berkeley Springs, so I had to bike there and it ruined my whole plan for the weekend. So I returned the truck and we had to scrap all my plans. I dropped the truck at the Hancock location and the guy there was great and said no problem about me dropping at this new location other than what I had originally planned in another state.
JARRETT LNothing! This location worked with me with changing dates. It turned out that instead of needing a vehicle 3 days I was able to do the move in 1 day. What a exceptional location!
Barbara TAdding a dolly to load heavy furniture is all I could recommend.

Kenneth LI returned truck after hours and could not get access to internet to finalize my rental, but was able to call U-Haul representative who took my I formation and told me what to do with keys and to follow-up with this business the next day to make sure the return was concluded. I did this and am glad I did as they hadn't noticed the truck.

MARY ELast time we dropped off in Berkeley Springs, at a different location, the store was closed. It was nice to connect with someone this time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made getting to the end of our adventure even nicer.

Randy MI was told it would charge a 3 day rental on tow dolly but be prorated. When I turned it in at Hickory location the following morning I was told it would not be prorated. Someone on one end or the other didn't know how the program works
Frank BI was charged twice when I did my drop off on time and use less than my allotted miles.
Keani LLet people checking prices know that there is a per mile charge on top of the rental charge, that is almost always going to make the total several times the quoted rate.
