Lameisha B.Original location did not have our reservation, nobody present on property or available to answer the phone. Had to drive 30 minutes away to this location to get trailer. The gentleman was very nice, however didn't have the furniture pads that I reserved. I had to call uhaul to ask for help and was told they would send me a gift certificate to my email to get the pads at a third location. I never received the certificate so I had to call uhaul back. At this time the lady stated she couldn't send the certificate again so she verbally gave me the certificate number. When I arrived at the third location to get the pads, the certificate number did not work because it didn't cover the amount we had reserved and a hold placed on our credit card. I had to call uhaul again and this time the representative said she didn't really know what to tell me. Luckily the lady at this location made a nite on the order that I would be taking a dozen pads and returning them back on date of return. Two days later we had to drive out of the way again to return the trailer, even though we were told we wouldn't have to originally, and I had to return the pads back to a different location where I got those from. The experience was a hassle, frustrating and at this point I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience with uhaul.

Edith T.I had to go out of my way to get to this great service after being let down earlier that morning by another U-Haul service center in Albany . The service here was great , accomodating and efficient . I was waited on by Mrs Janice McConnell and she was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. She gave me great and fast service with a smile . She took care of me after I had been let down from the previous U-Haul experience . And when I got ready to leave her husband Mr. McConnell had pulled up the truck , had it warm and ready to go for me. All Uhaul Centers should be as inviting. WAY TO GO!!!

Broderick C.I am very disappointed with the whole uhaul reservations online. I spoke to several different representatives and needed to pay in advance since parents were picking the truck up on the way to my place. I pre paid (found out my parents had to pay the taxes when they picked up the truck) and then the appliance dolly was not on the reservation. I had spoken with a representative the day before to verify that it was and she assured me that It was on the reservation. I am satisfied with the help from people at the actual locations but VERY unsatisfied with the way everything was handled through the reservation line.
