Truck was really clean other than a piece of mail left in truck. Truck ran a bit rough thought maybe transmission was slipping. Luckily we only went 14miles total so not bad for us. Guy that took care of us very nice and helpful.HEIDI T.

The office was dirty, The uhual was dirty when we received dog hair and dog food were all inside the cab. We are allergic to dogs and had to drive 5hrs with the dog hair blowing in our face. Not happy if the cab wasnt cleaned was the uhual even inspected?Kathleen C.

The staff was wonderful and very pleasantâ€¦ If I were to improve the experienceâ€¦ The truck would've had more than 1/8 of a tank of gas to start withâ€¦ Although it did not make a lot of difference because I had to stop and fill it to replace the gas I usedâ€¦ I would definitely come backâ€¦thank you.vicki M.

There was animal hair on both the drivers seat, back of seat and on the passenger's seat. The dashboard, floorboard, and cup holder area was dusty and some crumbs. Once I drove it home, I vacuumed the seats, the floor, and wiped down everything. I returned it cleaner than I received it. Also, the front 2 tires had low tire pressure--only 45 PSI! I had to stop 3 times to fill them to correct PSI so that the tire pressure light would turn off. I was driving solo (female) and it took a good hour off my drive to make 3 stops to check and refill tires. I called Dawn's attic and she said to call 24 hr Uhaul but there was no response. The tires were fine, just low pressure. When I returned from my trip, I tried contacting the regional manager, Leon Welsch, to see if I could be compensated for my time filling the tires. Unfortunately, I had to leave a message and I haven't heard back from Leon or anyone else from Uhaul---it's been 1 week and no response.Jennifer B.

The uhaul I used had no ramp on it like most do.. idk if it was broke or what. This made it very hard to get things in and out of the uhaul. Not very professional at the site so won't be returning there.Donna G.

Driver mirror is rusted into one position - passenger side mirror moves too freely & couldn't use that while driving either - very unsafe in my opinion. Originally had a 4 hr rental - a 6 hr rental was suggested without a specific quote. My expected bill of $60 shot up to $100! I'll use Enterprise next time.adeline F.

Thr rule "Uhaul will sue you for damages in thr event of an accident regardless of fault" is unfair to the customer. I should NOT be held financially reasonable for someone else's recklessness. #2. It took way too long to get my uhaul and I shouldn't have to sign my contract in blood just to rent something [having to put down 2 contact people to rent a trailer? Dude, I'm 34 - how ridiculous] #3. Uhaul should NOT be charging customers a 2nd day fee for returning a uhaul late unless they are AFTER the 24 hour mark. They asked me how many hours I wanted the trailer - I only needed it for 3 hours but put down 10 hours out of respect. When I sign out, the uhaul lady states "company policy is if you return it later than 7pm you will be charged for a 2nd day". What? So uhaul rents trailers for 24 hours and if.tou need items tham that, but run late due to problems, they will charge you a 2nd day.even though you rented way less than 24 hours. How ridiculous - I call that stealing! Uhaul has REALLY changed abs gone down hill in the last 4.5 years since we last rented a trailer. I don't know if I will use uhaul again. The customer service is below average for sure!rikki T.

The lady who assisted me, and the rental itself, were wonderful. The web tool is effectively USELESS. I put all my info into the portal, details, images of my license, etc. When I got there to pick up the truck, she couldn't see ANY of it, and we had to re-enter EVERYTHING. Then, I tried three times to use the Check In section. It would get part way through, then kick out and I'd have to start over. I gave up on the third failure...Gregory W.
