The store was not open. Therefore, I did the online sign in. Very discouraged about the process. They required a verification call from someone to acknowledge it was me picking up the truck. HOWEVER, this information was not given to me until I was sitting in the parking lot to pick up the truck. Therefore, I could not get an answer from the people who I gave them to call. MOST PEOPLE unless they know the number will not answer there phone. I was Kicked off the online register and given a number to call. I called the number to get a verbal phone conversation going. The 5th person I gave the customer service person finally answered. The Customer Service person was very helpful. MAIN ISSUE: the exact process what not forwarded to me on electronic truck pickup. 75 minutes to get registered.

Fuel gauge didn't work until I put almost 30 dollars in. only ran 60 miles. Shouldn't have taken 30 bucks.

I wanted to pay for this with my company credit card over the phone, or on the internet and was told I could not. I have rented u-haul many times before and never had this issue. As the owner of the company I was paying for the truck, but I was not the driver. The only way they would allow ne to do this is if i physically drove to the site and showed them my card and allowed them a copy of my driver license. This is ludicrous. I can rent a car, a boat, or a house over the internet, but can not pay for a local moving truck unless I am physically there in person!?

Office was filthy and run down. Personnel was not friendly and short, expected the worst.

The office was disgusting--rundown, dirty, not well-kept. The lady was not friendly. She came aceoss like everyone was out to get her and she wasn't about to let that happen. It came across like she expected/wanted to find something wrong with the equipment we were returning.

This was my first time renting a uhaul. Not impressed with pickup location; looked like an old garage converted to an office. Employee never got up from behind desk and was not communicating professionally to other customers. I mentioned that the miles allotted to my destination was not going to be enough and asked for more; I was told “you will be charged for overage” and that was it. It was pouring rain and the truck was surrounded by deep standing water and mud. I added a dolly during my pickup; no help getting it into the truck. The truck had a leak in the roof and soaked my furniture.

The staff was, shall we say, less than personable. I would call it standoffish, or outright hostile. The trailer I was assigned was garbage. There were brake issues, and it fought me every step of the way. It really should have been taken out of service. It did get the job done, but it was by no means a pleasant experience.

We had gone to another location first and was given a prices of $116,00 for the truck (a 10 foot) but the said that we could not get it until 3pm the next Sat. and we needed to have it by 7am, This was when we went to the places we got ours at. At first we were told that it was going to cost us $159.00 but we could not get it until 8am the next Sat. Then she we could get it on a 24 hour deal for $139.00 plus taxes and ins. it came to over $170.00. Why was there such a differents in the prices?

This is for corporate: There aren't any supplies like boxes or bags at this location. If you purchase online they don't have it at this location. Everything else is great

Entrance was not well-marked so I was a little unsure if I was pulling into the right place. I did not see the name "Dawn's Attic" listed on any sign outside of the entrance.

The Customer Service Rep was respectful, inviting, easy to talk with, and she got the check-in job done efficiently. She's a treasure. The only reason I checked "No" under "Clean & Inviting" is that at night the address is difficult to find. My GPS took me to Penske, next door - a very large & spacious operation. I went up and down Toledo Road twice before I realized where Dawn's Attic was.

People were very friendly. Process to rent took a little long because of computer issues.

The location looks as if it were abandoned. The employee was other than friendly and the truck I rented needs major brake work. Every time I pushed the brake pedal the whole truck felt as if it were going to shake apart. I would definitely recommend using another company other that UHaul
