They over charged us then instead of refunding their mistake they charged us again at the proper rate. So now there are two charges on our account. We have made calls, emailed, and gone to the office with no answers. We wanted to work it out peacefully and are saddened by the shady business practice. We will be disputing the double charge and will not use their services or recommend them.ROBERT J.

The personal was nice. The area needs to be improved. I would have hated to have delivered or pick up a truck or trailer from that place. There is no concrete. The truck I rented needed an alignment on the front end and the car dolly need the light repaired and the ramp on the left side was broken. So When I pulled my car on the ramp it fell out of it holder.Loren G.

We rent uhaul quite often this was the first time we have ever had a problem with a rental. Do to where we rented and where we had to drive to driving with no traction, no brakes, and all service lights on through the mountains is not okay by any means.Elizabeth J.

My contract said to call when I was in Vernal, so I did. I left a msg that I was on my way. The door was locked, even though there was an open sign in the window. There was no answer, but I had instructions on how to do the key drop and i did it.Damon H.

Just let people know that they hardly answer their phone. Never return messages. It makes us nervous when we cannot get answers. Also, through the website it claimed larger trucks were not available. When we drove by saw a fleet of the larger trucks. The folks at Davy Joe Locker helped us to upgrade to the larger truck. I told them we were informed there were not any. She says that happens a lot! We returned the truck 3 hours later. Got a email the next day alleging I did not return the truck. I called Davy Joe Locker and as always got their answering machine. I told them we followed their instructions because they were closed we dropped the key in the specified drop box. Why couldn't they just call me back and said the email was an error? If I do recommend it will only because the location is covenant . But customer service with web site, national call venter, and local dealer really really sucks!!! Very frustrating!Ora D.

We were first sent to Bob's. The person in charge left, wouldn't be back for 1 hour. My reservation was for 9. We went to this location. She switched it over, got us out the door, was hilarious. Such a better experience. I've used uhaul for years. I'll never recommend Bob's.. but Davy Jones totally.. great customer serviceTara C.

I was charged $22.20 for something and I have no idea what it is. I wasn't sent a receipt and there is not a receipt in my online account. Davy Jones and/or U-Haul should send receipts so people know what they are getting charged for. It is likely a legit charge but I have to go through the hassle of calling to find out.Amie B.
