If you have online reservations they should work -staff at both locations suggested NOT to use the online portal system - "it never works" was the quote from the staff member
Michael NunnThe truck broke down on me twice leaving me stranded!! I was finally able to get it back where it needed to be 3 hours later!! The rectal guy was very nice, polite and helpful but the experience of breaking down in 90+° weather for 3 hours was not fun.

CLARK CABLEReserved a truck that had a hole in roof upon inspection. Clerk said it came in yesterday from somewhere else but the previous pics on web site showed no hole. When I checked inside and could see day light, clerk said it’s not wet inside and they have had rain recently. Uhm if it just came in yesterday , how would she know if it’s been in rain recently. I felt I was being mislead. I asked about another truck but was told only truck available was a local truck. Never offered anything else and since nothing else was open yet and I had movers coming I was stuck taking the truck. After leaving, I called uhaul who arranged for a larger truck at same rate and surprisingly it was at same location. Why didn’t the location offer it to me before I left unhappy. Next time, I’ll go to a corporate store where they make things right.
