JOHNNY RGave me a "repaired" 6 x 12 trailer even though I wanted a different one. They told me the one they gave me had been in a rear end wreck and they had repaired it. I always look at the trailers on the lot before I go into the office as I'm looking for the ones with two doors instead of the rollup kind and I look at the tires. I hate to say that this is about the 15th 6 x 12 I've rented this year and I could tell that the trailer had not been fixed correctly. Every time I slowed down or stopped a noise occurred that sounded like my truck had transmission trouble. It was actually the trailer moving on the hitch which I have never had happen on any U-Haul trailer. The trailer was backed up to weeds when I picked it up and I didn't want to walk through them so I asked if the trailer was clean and was told "yes." It was filthy when I finally opened the doors to see it. I'm loading new furniture I purchased in a filthy trailer. Not a good rental.

charlie sThe location we got our UHaul from was great. However we reserved our UHaul from another location and got there only to be told they didn't have any trucks. They sent us to this second location and the guy was great. U-Haul needs to do better or either that UHaul location on Birsecker Rd in Lexington needs to be removed from being a choice if they are not going to honor your online reservation.

If you have online reservations they should work -staff at both locations suggested NOT to use the online portal system - "it never works" was the quote from the staff member
Michael NThe truck broke down on me twice leaving me stranded!! I was finally able to get it back where it needed to be 3 hours later!! The rectal guy was very nice, polite and helpful but the experience of breaking down in 90+° weather for 3 hours was not fun.
