Everything was great but who ever cleans the interior of the truck can do MUCH better

Did not have the dolly I paid for. Do not have it as an option if it not one. They has a replacement but if it was what I wanted that’s what I would have requested. Had to go somewhere else
John KMore choices of vehicles. Online it stated that the particular truck was not at that location but it was. I see that truck there all the time.
ROGER MI needed a van on short notice after normal business hours. Half an hour later I had the key. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was able to top off the gas right there as well as pick up snacks.

Jennifer BTruck was dirty in the cab and the Checkin was long as I started online but it was messed up and I went inside. They were not the most helpful. There also weren’t moving pads in the truck and I went in to ask for them and they said they don’t have any and then just walked away. I used the live chat and Rene was extremely helpful in getting me a refund for them.
Alexander VHad to wait an extra half hour after there was an issue with someone else booking the van for the same day as us and uhaul support had to sort it out. When we finally got the van (other customers were angry), it had trash items from what I assume were previous renters still in the back. Additionally, fuel tank was nearly empty when received. One of the tires had low tire pressure as well. Definitely learned my lesson and won't be renting again from this location.
ANTONIO CI typically rent from an actual U-Haul store, so this was my first experience, picking up at a gas station. The vehicle was beyond filthy. There were dried bird droppings all over the van. I couldn’t even roll the window down. Additionally, the tire pressure gauge light was on as the tires were considerably low, AND the “oil change needed” light was on. This is not a great experience at all.
Carnecia JEquipment was clean, but barely any gas in the van and all the tires were low. Had to pay to fill 3 out of 4 up.
Morgan BPlease STOP ADVERTISING 19.99 trucks!! I went 5 miles and it cost me $51 dollars!!!! WILL NOT USE UHAJL AGSIN. Redicilious.

Surya Kuhaul was fine, but the movers were disorganized and late and left stuff at the other apartment that neede to be moved.

Mary AWe received a call telling us we were 23 hours late getting the truck back when we had returned it within 2 hours. They did correct this after speaking with them. However, on the final bill, the mileage shows we went 50 miles, but we went about 25. I have no proof because I did not take a picture of the speedometer before we left, but only used the truck to return an item to the store.
