The couple in front of me and myself had completed everything online, but he still had to go back in both computer and phone to finish our rentals. Also it wouldn't let Dave log my vehicle as returned. Great guy, but update your system.

Tony F.It took well over 30 minutes to sign the rental documents and get the keys. They also did not have any of the additional items that I had reserved (blankets, dollys etc.)
Kaitlyn V.Didn't know until I got there for the rental that I would have to do 20 minutes of online registration to get ready to take the truck. It made me take pictures, do a phone call, enter a ton of info on my phone and at the end it had me walk inside to get the keys...if you're going to have people use their phone, ask for all the info up front when you reserve the rental. Truck running lights didn't work, and gas was only at 1/4 tank. Why would it not be full and return it full? I paid for 2 dozen moving blankets and wasn't informed until i picked up the truck they weren't available. That was wildly inconvenient to go have to buy them after my rental already started and I had movers waiting. I spent at least an hour between getting gas, registering to get the rental, and taking all the drop off pictures and documentation. Not a quick and easy process.

I told of the returned trailer He the told to unhook the trailer and push it to the side of parking lot. Not helpful at all.
TSONG SAWH L.Let me start by saying the owner was very kind. However, the equipment was not well maintained. The hitch was loose (popped off and damaged my vehicle despite being ‘hand tightened' per instructions) and it required a rigged bungee cord to keep door closed on back.

The online estimate (of rental + insurance + roadside assistance + mileage estimate) showed $58, but then I was charged $69 (tax wasn't shown on the website) upon arrival, and it would have been more again later, if I hadn't put gas in.
Myka L.When I received my uhaul I was not sure about the condition of the equipment because nobody came out with me when I hooked up my 6x12 trailer to make sure it was in proper working condition. I made it 10 miles down the highway and got off and realized my wheels were smoking. Only to find out that the red plate being in a pushed forward position on my trailer tongue was to indicate that the emergency break had been engaged already before I even hooked up the trailer. The tires were smoking and it smelled like breaks and I had to wait for a period of time for uhaul to dispatch somebody to disengage the parking break. Which wasted a significant portion of my day when I was supposed to be utilizing it to move to a new house

Brian W.Not allowing people to schedule their pickup time for a time that isn't available. I originally was scheduled to pick mine up Thursday night 5pm (with an associate over the phone) but received a call saying I had to pick it up Thursday before 3 during the middle of the day. Which resulted in me having to totally switch my schedule around the following day.

Jonathan R.Location was fine however the truck was a disappointment and should never had been offered for rental due to it heavily leaking gas going down the road. So bad that both my kids called to tell me that gas was leaking at every stop. The steering wheel is off center and I think the exhaust may have a hole in it. I returned the vehicle earlier than I needed to as we were afraid to continue using it. Interior was also dirty when I picked it up. Very disappointing experience.

Dan H.I swear every time I rent through UHaul it just gets worse and worse. This location was so poorly maintained- dirty, dingy, and just plain gross overall. Dave was very rude over the phone, said (around 1pm) that if I wanted to pick up the UHaul by closing time (at 4pm), that I better “Hurry up.†He was also very condescending when answering the questions I asked about the rental. The UHaul itself was disgusting when I picked it up- sticky seats, food on the floor, and coffee spills all over the cup holders. I swept out so much black dust and dirt from the back before we even loaded anything of mine on the truck. What a joke that Uhaul wants the truck “returned in the condition it came in-“ if we're going by that standard, it looks better when I returned it than when it came to me because I cleared out the garbage, left over food, and wiped off the seats before we started. So not worth the money spent for something so filthy to use for just a few hours, do yourself a favor and rent from ANYWHERE else
