I had a pretty bad experience with U-Haul. It was my first and last time using them. This negative review isn’t really for the location but the company in general. It seemed to be smooth at first but once it came down to actually picking the truck up, things started to go wrong. The application that U-Haul has is a very bad application. It has way too many bugs and make picking up this truck 10x harder than it should have been. I scheduled the pick up at 11:30 am and I wasn’t able to leave the lot until 12:15 pm. It was a huge dick around and I would rather take 20 separate trips with my small 4-door car than use a damn U-Haul again. It’s not worth it.

Building is dirty and very stinky. People smoke inside the building. Service is subpar, I will rent from another facility next time I need to rent a truck. Or try Penske next time.

Absolutely disgusting location to rent from. The building is a haze of cigarette smoke, can’t breathe in there trying to sign paperwork. The customer service rep was very unwelcoming as well.

STAY AWAY! This is the filthiest location, disorganized equipment inventory and unprofessional level of service I have EVER experienced. I've seen cleaner Taco Bell restaurants :( ! The building was so disgusting, my jacket smelled like the smoke, oil and trash odor from their office area for 2 days. The service was unengaged, dismissisve, rude and extremely unhelpful (I had to climb over crap in the garage area to find and retrieve my own rental equipment - then pay for it! DISGUSTING. Dangerous environment. STAY AWAY. SERIOUSLY POOR AND DETRIMENTAL uHAUL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE IMAGE !!!

The place stinks like dirt and cigarettes. What a mess. The people who run it are rude and not professional. Access to equipment is bad in a gravel parking lot. Customers who are new to backing trailers will have a very difficult time returning their trailers. Never renting there again. My above comments are not an exaggeration. Thanks!!!

trailer hookup guy was really angry and rude. he was upset because he had to hook up so many trailers that day. I reserved online and selected no insurance, but the guy at the counter put the insurance on the bill without me noticing it, My own fault I guess, but I'll be certain to pay better attention next time.

Let's start with the fact that I had to pick up truck early because the guy working wanted to leave early, so after working all night I got only 2 hours sleep because I needed to pick up truck early and than the guy acts like he is doing me a favor. For example, because of his demands I picked truck up earlier than appointment at 11:30 , I was going to be charged for a third day, even though at pick up I said I better not get charged extra he says no problem, until it is time to drop off, than he acts like he can make my day better by fixing issue, plus his establishment and vehicle reeked like cigarettes.

Allow proper mileage allowance. Uhaul gave us 42 miles and we used over 42 to get from point A to point B

I don't intend to sound too harsh, as this shop did get me the equipment I needed quickly and the moving job got done successfully. However, the equipment I received seemed as if it was pulled out of long-term storage, the employee in the lot was miserable to work with (the one in the office was great!), their voicemail was full and couldn't accept messages, and the shop was filthy in general. Given a choice, I'm sorry to say that I would definitely not prefer to give this shop my business again.

Lets start with the additional 240$ worth of charge when I arrived, directed to corporate, called them standing in the shop, a " refund" would be issued for the over charge, Great! Tryong to go so... trucks too small cause the original guys put in the wrong size, great Ill make it work, no refund just inconvienant, k whatever, this guys a jerk, gotta go, return for my hitch parked in the back of this tiny little shop, enter new player, an older gentleman who quickly helpsme hook up, after i wait for the other 2 customers to leave so i can exit, but i guess im loading the car across the street in someother businesses parking lot, put the car up forward no issue buy clearance, cant back it up alone, enter rude guy, he gonna load right after he whines about my existance, tries ripping stick off, stomping on all the pedals, after i determine he wont have the clearance to back up, with the watch me attitude i do and the sound of my scraping exhaust, frame and upper undercarriage, left me cringing, he shruggs and walks off, i finish strapping everything together, 30 more minute and again im on the road and the phone, a specialist will contact me and the cost of the transport will be refunded, (and will actually, a few days later). 10 days later, corporate informs me, after repeated confirmations of refund on its way! that the offset refund, may never arrive, complaint reopened and pending. my transmission box is leaking fluid, it didnt before, but it doesnt look damaged anymore, 6 hours of labor and supplies later, sad but almost equal. Still 930 dollars "when you arrive" , confirmed, twice, and 1180 billed, still billed... still waiting...

This was not the original location we reserved the car dolly from, we were notified the am of pick up of the change. This was farther to travel, the attendant was grumpy and definitely did not want to be there. He also complained about the online ordering and payment and said in the future just avoid the online ordering all together. Not a good experience.

When picked truck up not clean at all. Don't even think truck was ever inspected corectly before being rented back out. Truck broke down 2nd day with breaking issues. Truck was a very ruff ride to go across country in. To many issues to list that was wrong with truck.
