Wonderful Customer Service. I would not change a thing about my rental, I was upset and frustrated from another incident that happened prior to me calling Darrell's Maxi Muffler in Tawas City and they were fantastic at putting me at ease, which allowed me to do what I was there for, renting a moving truck, a car carrier and an appliance dolly.

Give all prices and costs upfront so the customer is well informed of all fees and extras that they will be paying for because some people may not have extra cash on them and then end up stuck and disappointed like I was.

the trailer was solidly built and towed very well. pick-up was a breeze.

Overall the equipment was in good condition with one notable exception. Above the attic in the forward R/H corner was a hole. Though I Duct taped the opening, it was not enough to completely prevent water from leaking in. I do not believe, at this time, that it caused any serious damage. However, it is still going to be some time before I can verify any findings to the contrary.
