Front tire was low
JENNA HAs of today the 9th of September we have not heard anything about the turn in and still waiting on deposits and the over charge
Susan DWe were sent to this location after a closer location no longer had a truck for us and told one day prior. Then we got here and the place was closed and also didn't have a truck for us. Someone in Davenport who set up the pick up change for us messed up big time. No mistake of the location though.

beverly fLocation was closed. Did not have the two dollies and furniture blankets I ordered in the back of the truck. I had to drive to 2 other locations to find dollies I ordered and 6 of the 48 blankets I ordered.

Dirk ZCould not get internet service for online self check in it took 2 hours to get the truck several phone calls finally the district manager was able to fix the issues but then the lock on the key box would not work. I would never recommend online check in service.
