I picked up my Uhaul at 630ish so therefore is was dark and scary. But I think the daytime will be safer.Ricardo S.
There is no assistance! The truck didn't have gas Uhaul is trying over charge me for gas when the truck was empty. Tried calling uhaul 3 times stayed on hold for one hour each time to get no one phone hangs upTONYA G.
The mirrors were hard to move, the gas is super expensive, I don't see why we pay for gas when we pay so much to rent it already. The lock on the back is super hard to open.cassandra C.

There was no one to accept the rental drop off. Store appeared vacant. Left the trailer next to others vehicles dropped off and I'm very concerned about being charged or incurring additional fees. The phone number to drop off location is not a working number and I DO NOT want to incur fees due to this issue. Please call me at 832-441-9998 to resolve immediately.Kelle D.

I set this order weeks in advance. The truck was ready but the additional equipment I ordered was not in the truck. I called U-Haul customer service and they said I had to go to another U-Haul center to pick up the equipment I ordered. Upon getting to the location had to wait in line for 45 minutes because the location was understaffed. After missing my start time for my move I had lost help I required due to time restraints and had no choice but to move most of the stuff myself. Upon returning the truck I was asked to pay mileage that was unfair as I had to drive to the location to pick up equipment that I had ordered well in advance. U-Haul already charged me 106.47 and then wanted to charge me another 155.00. No way in hell!Manishkumar V.

yes my truck was not riding good it was pulling to the left and the right and the gas mileage was not good is a gas guzzler and I had to constantly keep putting $40 of gas but when I got to from Houston to lake Charles I was only had to put more gas by the time I got to my destination I had to put another extra $40 that's $80 and total and he still wanted me to put gas in a truck I did not like I think they should have gave me some of my money back cuz it was a very bad ridecynthia D.

Make sure the customer knows in advance if something happens to the rental truck, do they have to fix it or does U-Haul. Ie: does U-Haul provide roadside assistance when renting from them.Cory michael M.

Worst experience ever!! You didn't honor my reservation for a small truck. Also made go pick up at another location. The booking against promised me additional free mileage and I didn't get that. Then you charged me for extra day that I didn't have. Unprofessional from beginning to end.Chris P.

I have been charged 3 different amounts to my card was told I would be given 25 miles free. The first day I picked the truck up i was charged 52 dollars when i brought truck back charged 124.51 check account I have been charged another 65.98. I feel my money has been stolen. Everytime I call where I got the truck I'm told the person who rented to me is not available. May I please get my money bach that is rightfully mine. This is horrible I have children to feed and can not buy groceries cause you all stole my money.Fanny T.

My contract was switched to 2 different locations and not close to my original location. The attendant at the location was very helpful but the location is not in the best part of town.Kelly O.
Equipment was in great condition. The location had some traffic due to it being near to the high school. The owner is very respectful and accommodating. The closing hours mentioned on google maps are 7:45pm-8:00pm but they close at 7:00, he still rented the truck out to me.albert A.
