I paid for 10 furniture pads, but they were not placed in the trailer. When I called, she said I could come back and get them. This was the beginning of the gas shortage. She said my return location could credit my account, but that location wouldn't let them do that, they took a picture of my receipt and requested a refund for them from my origination site. So far, no refund. Other than that, she was extremely nice and accommodating.CAROL S.

My truck was reserved a month ahead. I had to three locations to get my truck. The process is broken in my opinion. Your truck and equipment was great.CHARLES H.
Not moving the reservation 2 times the night before and DAY of the move. We had booked the uhaul 3 weeks in advance, and an original pickup time of 7 became a pickup time of 10:30 and 100 miles on MY truck trying to find a uhaul available somewhere as there was NO notice that I would ever get a truck. I showed up to scheduled location after one appointment move, and the truck was nowhere to be found. Never could get through to customer service after 20 minutes of hold. It was a terrible experience, but at least I got moved albeit extremely late.Bruce W.
